The lodge has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate 10 people comfortably. There are 4 rooms upstairs, 2 double rooms and 2 single rooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Downstairs is made up of 2 double bedrooms which share a bathroom.
The kitchen is well-equipped and features a gas stove, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. The lounge has a fireplace which lends itself to cosy evenings by the fire with a bottle of wine, or to sit around as a family with board games. A wrap around verandah with views of the river completes the offerings of the lodge.
There is plenty of firewood to keep the built-in fireplace stoked as well as an outdoor boma and firepit to enjoy some stargazing. The river runs for about 2 km through the farm. The farm offers some great hiking opportunities and for the more adventurous who want to bring their mountain bikes with can tackle some of the mountain trails on their bikes.
The farm manager is available for emergencies 24 hours per day and the unit is serviced as well for a fee. The farm is only an hours drive from Dullstroom where you can enjoy the heritage sites that this small town has to offer. Only a 30 minutes drive will take guests to Forever Resorts Badplaas which offers plenty of fun activities for the whole family.

7 guests' feedbackWe were a group of friends of 10 people and Imvula met all the requirements, would recommend it to any group that wants to relax and have a peaceful visit.
The house itself is quite cramped with very small rooms, but the large deck and braai area make up for it.
We booked the whole place out for just the two of us (but can sleep 10). We were looking for isolation, this is the place, already my third time here and planning the fourth. There is a fire pit for every weather condition. Trevor handled the booking quickly and George from next door was very helpful. It felt like it was our place all weekend long.
Had a fabulous weekend, George was very helpful. Beautiful walks through the veld and then relaxing in the boma. The facilities were comfortable.
The lodge is very clean and neat, the area is very beautiful. A must if you'd just like to get away and relax. Great hospitality.
The place is excellent for a small group that wants to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city! The host is very helpful and very friendly. You can relax outside on the deck/porch or hang out in front of the fireplace on cold days.
Beautiful affordable place in a scenic location. Great service from the staff who are extremely helpful. Will definitely visit the lodge again and highly recommend.
