My friend and I had an amazing stay, made even more special by the breathtaking ocean view and the sight of whales right from our window! The peaceful atmosphere and stunning scenery truly made it a memorable getaway. Our host was incredible and accommodating. We genuinely enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this lovely spot for a relaxing retreat!
Very nice place, the owner is very friendly and helpful. The view from the room is incredible and we just sat and watched the whales on our porch our first night. We saw about 9 whales swimming in the bay, it was an incredible experience.
The view is breathtaking. The place is beautiful but homely. I love the bath tub. The towels are as big as a blanket. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud. This was by far the best stay I've had in a while. Thank you for making it affordable for Capetonians to enjoy our beautiful city.
Our stay was fantastic. The hosts were very accommodating; they let us drop off our luggage before the normal booking-in time. The sea views were spectacular, with the sunrises and sunsets and the moonlight casting their glow over the sea. Thank you, Rob, for the lovely surprise by upgrading us to The Light House. The sound carries inside the house so it felt a little awkward. Lol. One is very much a part of the house. The room was beautiful, but there is also a cat which is not great if one is allergic. I did read about the dogs which are fine; I might have missed the cat part.
Hosts Rob was so friendly. We had a fantastic stay at The Light House, the view is amazing from all parts of the house. Nice and quiet, just what is needed to escape the city life. It was just a shame that we could not explore the rest of the property as it was raining most of our stay. We will most definitely go back in the summer to explore the rest of the property. Money well spent!

Substandard and not at all what one would expect when viewing the unit on the webpage. The photos on the web make the unit look much larger, also the kitchen is badly equipped and dirty.

We only slept one night. The mattress was a little too soft, but some people will like that. You must like animals, the dog and cat were happy to come and visit, and the cat jumped on the bed to say hello.

Incaruza is a lovely place for a real time out, although close to restaurants, even in walking distance the peace and quiet is amazing. The sea views from different points of the house was magical. The owners of the guest house were welcoming, friendly and very relaxed and open. The Glencairn Beach is within a 5 min walking distance. I will definitely visit Incaruza again.

The 4-star rating for safety was only due to needing to park "on street" but other than that very secure. The area is in itself a generally safe area.

Very nice and modern place. Very calm and quiet. All complaint is that the car should have been parked outside in the street, but at least the place is safe.
Rob is an outstanding host, their 2 dogs are a joy which makes it feel like home away from home. Excellent location to be watching (in our case) the Argus cycling race with lovely little Pub just around the corner. Highly recommended.

We booked a one night stay and it was a perfect getaway for us. Beautiful flat with everything you need and more and the little touches like welcome snacks and kitchen basics were just perfect. We also used the braai room which was super cosy. Hosts were so welcoming yet left us to enjoy the property. An early morning walk down to the tidal pool was our highlight.
This is the most amazing place best view ever we truly enjoyed ourselves, Henry was very helpful not to mention the dogs the are so adorable coming to greet you in the morning. Thank you so much Hazel and Rob, this was most beautiful guest house ever. It will definitely be highly recommended to my friends and family waking up to the sound of the ocean was beautiful. Was sad having to leave the Sunday but next time we will definitely be staying longer.
