Hot water was a problem.
Comfortable room with clean en-suite, hot water always available. A well appointed unit, but friendly host, more than willing to help with whatever else we needed, covered parking off the street, air conditioner kept us warm through the cold night.

No reception at guesthouse. Keys were not available for booked room. No hot water. Wi-Fi doesn't work.
Marthinus the host is incredibly friendly and helpful and answered all queries with great effort. It felt like we were staying at our own home.
If I may make one suggestion: There is a swimming pool, but it doesn't have water in it. It would be wonderful to cool down in it after a long journey. Thank you.
It is not very pleasant to arrive in front of a dead man's door after a long day on the road and have to ask around in the street if there is anyone who knows the guest house owner. Finally a very friendly young lady came to unlock for us. Owner may need to consider leaving a note on the gate where the key is when he is not at home - SA phones do not always work in that environment. Furthermore, the stay was very pleasant.
