Exceptional experience. It gives you the feeling as if you are "off the grid". The ideal place if you want to break away from the normal world and the worries that come with it. Very special overnight stay near the N1, would also be ideal for a weekend visit "in the woods" especially in the summer! Elzanne and Nellis' hospitality only the best and their attention to detail is remarkable! The barbecue packs, salads and home-baked fresh bread and jams of high quality! Arrange ahead of time with Nellis to take some braaiwors with you, you won't regret it. Trust me!

We stayed in Soetdoring, the cutest and most beautiful caravan ever! Everything was perfect, spotless, comfortable and you can see Elzanne's artistic hand everywhere in the finer details. The bathroom which is just a few steps from the caravan is just as spotless and beautiful. 5-star accommodation in the forest.

Inibos was truly a surprise. When we covered the 7 km on the Toorfontein road I started to get worried about what we were going to find. What a pleasant surprise, very exquisite and spacious campsite under thorn trees next to a spring. It was truly a lovely peaceful stay at Inibos. Thanks also to Nellis and Elzanne who were very helpful.
We stayed here on our way to Cape Town and it was the best start to a holiday ever and we will stay here again in the future both on our way to Cape Town and back to Johannesburg. You will not find better service and caring hostess. Nicer rooms and facilities too. Definitely one of our best experiences yet.

If you want to fall in love with the Karoo all over again, this is the place for you! Inibos is a fantastic recipe for nature as well as the farm. With beautiful views, sheep bleating in the background and the most delicious homemade farm butter, this place is a winner.
Well appointed, spotless, special. Friendly reception and delicious dinner. Our dog felt as welcome as we did! After a long day in the car it was lovely to sit outside, stretch our legs and explore the area. Slept wonderfully with the sound of raindrops on the tent. Will definitely go again.

Our hosts were so friendly and helpful. We ordered the braaipack with Karoo lamb chops and salads which was just yummy. We felt so safe. The endless horizons and starry, starry nights were a balm for the soul. Breakfast of fresh bread, homemade jams and cheese were wonderful. And the milk with a thick layer of cream - oh my word! Will definitely stay again and have recommended this slice of heaven to my family and friends.
It was my husband and I's 2nd time at Inibos Self Care and we brought my parents with us to this oasis in the Karoo. One rests well here with the beautiful nature and the silence. The owners received us kindly and communicate with us on the way and while we are there to hear if everything is okay. The owner was kind enough to send us a package of sausages which we grilled under the Karoo stars. All the facilities and accommodation at Inibos are clean and tidy and everything you need is there. The bedding was five star and we slept like kings. We are definitely going to spend the night here again and so are my parents, because they also really enjoyed it here.
Cell phone reception is poor, but that's what you're there for to get rid of the internet for a bit!

Most people decide to spend the night in Colesberg, but this place is so much better to ensure you get a peaceful night's sleep in the forest with incredible stars and sunrises. If it rained, I would advise you to go there with the 4x4 (the 7 km gets a bit rough). But terrible hospitality with incredibly tasty home-made bread and butter.
We had a lovely time at Inibos Selfsorg. The owners, despite being away the weekend we were there, still made sure we had everything we needed and the staff were very kind and helpful. The site is beautiful and secluded with a lovely communal area. Even though the weather wasn't great while we were there, our stay was comfortable and pleasant. We managed the dirt road with our little Fiat Palio, but there were some big puddles after the rain.
Elzanne and Nellis give a new meaning to hospitality. We had a great time and will definitely stop there again.

The self-catering bar is also nice and cheap. Clean, tidy and very friendly owners.
On a very, very hot day we arrived at IniBos. The camp site is very well hidden in a grove of trees, with a bubbling pond and a comfy hammock and seating around the boma. We found the very clean tent and caravan, beds had lovely quality linen, fridges were on and cool and there was a good ablution room with a shower, basin and loo. The best feature was the rock pool overlooking the hot, arid land where we swam and watched the sunset. In the evening we paid for the special lamb pack and we had a braai. Food was well presented, lamb was extremely tasty and side dishes of potato and beetroot salad, homemade jams and bread were delicious.
We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Inibos. The hosts are so warm and welcoming. The braai pack they prepared for us was absolutely delicious and the portions so generous. Everything is so clean and neat at Inibos. This is an amazing place to have a relaxing evening, starting with sunset sun downers, into a starlight braai and evening around the bonfire. We felt re-energised for the second half of our journey from JHB to CPT. We will definitely be back.

You are on your way back to the Cape after your holiday in the bush but really only want to holiday for one more night. Then you stop here. The accommodation is fantastic, the people are friendly and it gives you the opportunity to grill that last bit of meat.

Had such a nice stay at Inibos! Was kindly received by Elzanne and her family and was personally escorted to the most beautiful place to sleep. We wished we could stay longer than just one night. The pool was just what was needed after a day of driving! Inibos we will see you again for sure.

Terribly hot and no air conditioning, only coffee is offered that already has sugar and milk in it, no tea or rooibos tea. Otherwise very pleasant.

If the Karoo is in your blood, this will be the ideal getaway. We had a fantastic few days there. It was very hot, but the swimming spot provided enough relief. The accommodation is incredibly neat, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms one of the best. We would go again anytime. The owners are very helpful and friendly. It's genuine Karoo hospitality. Would definitely recommend it. Even for those who do not know the Karoo. There is nothing that tops a Karoo sunset.

Attention to small detail is the recipe for success. It is hot and dry in the Karoo and Lezanne welcomed us with a container of ice and she and Nellis made us feel very welcome. The sleeping place and bathroom are practical, neat and well planned. The braai places are provided with good quality braai wood and the braai tongs and grill are clean. Another plus point is the swimming pool. My wife just wanted to change our travel plans to stay another night. Everything is clean and tidy and we are very impressed with Inibos. Wouldn't just drive past it without stopping.

We had booked the caravan, it has been so beautifully decorated. The attention to detail, the care and love put into each little touch. I highly recommend Inibos.
