45 guests' feedbackThis is a Home away from Home experience. All that is needed in the rooms is a small bar fridge especially for guests staying longer than 3 days. A person wants to be able to store something cold in your room, especially on hot days.
For the price, they might consider including breakfast. There are no guest amenities or hairdryers available in the room. Limited, secure parking space, if they are fully booked some guests will have to park in the street.
We got a discount and that explains the below comments. I would have rather paid a bit more.There was no one there. So I am unable to rate the customer service. I rated like this cause someone was there to welcome us when we arrived. Cleanliness is low because the room was full of spider webs and I couldn't cook in the kitchen as it was not clean. Pillows are old. Bed is hard.
A pleasant and quiet suburb for us to get away from Johannesburg. Lize was very welcoming, knew her product knowledge and showed us around with efficiency. I would certainly recommend the iNkosi Eco Lodge to anyone heading to Cape Town who needs accommodation. Keep it up!
Inkosi Eco Lodge is highly recommended. Their breakfast is also of good quality. The rooms are very spacious with excellent facilities. Secure parking is available.
We chose this guest house because it is conveniently located close to Panorama Medikliniek. There are also convenience stores in the area. Secure parking.
We just stayed one night, but it was really a great experience. Everything was clean and neat. The woman managing the guesthouse was also very friendly and helpful and prepared the most delicious breakfast in the morning. We really enjoyed the stay.

Bij iNkosi Eco Lodge heb ik heerlijk geslapen en heerlijk ontbeten. Het leek wel of ik de enige gast was en daardoor was het wel heel erg stil, maar voor mij als zakelijke gast best prettig. Ik vond het erg prettig dat ik wat tips kreeg waar ik in de buurt uit kon gaan eten, hardlopen, etc. Jammer dat er geen douche op de kamer was (wel een bad en een wastafel).
Lodge is ideal for short visits to Cape Town as well as surrounding towns. Easy access from highway and surroundings are clean. Sleeping area well equipped and especially the wide selection of TV channels is gratifying. Appreciate the concern for water conservation and eco-friendly environment. Kitchen makes delicious breakfast and the staff is friendly. Reception is on the ball and helpful.

Where iNkozi is based is ideal. It is out of the noise of the busy traffic and it gives that tranquility too. It is only 7 km away from Cape Town International Airport, so very centrally located. The guest house is definitely not your modern, plastic guest house. It has a very old fashioned character with high ceilings and wooden beams. Very calm.
Marelu was very helpful and friendly. The bathroom can possibly be separated from the bedroom with some type of partition.

The facility is well located and we were received professionally. The staff was accommodating with our requests. The basic amenities were available, but the absence of air conditioning was troublesome. The fan in the room was in our way, was not effective and was noisy, which was disturbing at night. Although not luxury facilities, it was perfectly adequate for our needs and the location close to the airport was a bonus. The rates were reasonable, but do not allow for lower rates if one does not eat breakfast.
We had a very good stay generally. Friendly staff members. I had an issue with the check out time. The kids in one room were rushed out too early, around 9:30, because the other guests were already arriving. Please give the arriving guests 2 hours after checkout time. I felt that the kids were tossed out. One more thing, please introduce variety to the breakfast menu.

We were well received and the staff are very obliging. iNkosi Eco Lodge is a very convenient and easy B&B. Lize was very accommodating and it was a pleasant stay.
We were received very kindly and shown where we sleep. The lady who received us is one of the friendliest people we met during our trip. She takes very good care of all her customers and her food is tasty and prepared with love. We even got trees for Christmas. The place is safe and you feel safe sleeping there. The location is also nice and close to everything. I will recommend the place to everyone and will also go there again if I go to the Cape again. It's clean and very nicely maintained too.
