7 guests' feedbackWe enjoyed ourselves and would use Ipanema again in future, the area is also safe.
I can really recommend new beds and a more modern TV that doesn't cost that much these days. The 80's TV can't handle USB or latest decoders. And holding deposits for 30 days is also a bit unnecessary others are already through the place and can cause damage because there are no checklists, 7 days are enough.
Apartment can please invest in a vacuum cleaner to clean more thoroughly and easily during your stay. Living room couches and cushions need a proper steam wash. Very detrimental to sinus sufferers. Thanks for beach chairs, basket and cooler box which are in apartment for use. Only request 6 chairs for beach and bucket to wash floor. Paid breakage deposit and to date have not received any follow-up correspondence from agency regarding refund of deposit not.
The accommodation was excellent, comfortable and very peaceful and safe as well as comfortably close to all shops very central, will stay there again.
Ipanema 2 has everything that is required. Clean linen and everything else was in working condition.
We had a good time at home. Apartment in good condition. Parking just fine though.
Very pleasant accommodation with a lawn where you can relax and visit. Everything you need is at your disposal in the accommodation. A nice swimming beach is within walking distance with a beach restaurant. Margate, Ramsgate and Shelly Beach are just around the corner and everything you expect from the sea is within striking distance!
