Very nice, clean apartment with all facilities.
We had a very nice holiday. The apartment has all necessary facilities and a very nice large veranda overlooking the sea. Nothing to complain about except that the walls were terribly dirty and full of marks inside the place.
We enjoyed ourselves terribly. The place is very, very well appointed. It is clean and of course close to the beach. The people are so friendly and we were treated very well from booking to deposit refund. I want to say to Marius and his team you are great. We will definitely use you again. Thank you for the kindness.

The stay was wonderful. The apartment is well equipped and so close to the beach. It's just a shame that after all this time we are still waiting for our R1000 deposit refund.
We went for a winter long weekend, us 3 adults with our children. The 2 bathrooms were comfortable and stoep with sliding doors that open completely so wonderful. Appreciated the tumble dryer in the spacious kitchen when it rained for 2 days. Ipanema is centrally located to shops, and walking distance to the beach. Had a great time!
The apartment is really very well furnished. Better than other places we have stayed. The balcony is a big plus and a nice place to hang out. Might just warn people that there are indeed monkeys and can get in through the security doors and venters.
It is absolutely worth coming here for a vacation. The apartment is very comfortably furnished, clean and tidy. From the porch you can look out over the sea. If the weather is not so favorable, just slide the glass doors and you can still sit quietly on the veranda and look at the sea. There is a BP very close by for quick milk and bread and the Shelley Beach Center is within 2 km from the accommodation. Absolutely wonderful! Come and experience for yourself.
Me my wife, brother in law and sister had a fantastic stay for 12 nights at Ipanema 3 in a clean and quiet area. We also enjoyed the environment in and around St Michaels On Sea. A beautiful sight of houses and flats and awesome sea view. The mall and Spar, fish and chips and shops is in a range of 1 km? We can just say thanks for a fantastic stay. We enjoyed it from the beginning to the end for an affordable price.
We can really recommend Ipanema 3. This apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and it is high quality. We really enjoyed our time there and we can recommend it to anyone who's interested. Hope we can do it again next year!
Marius phoned me before we arrived and explained the procedures. I also phoned and e-mailed him during our stay and he was very responsive and helpful.
Very enjoyable stay with a big veranda where you can relax. A nice beach within walking distance with a very nice restaurant on the beach. Margate is just around the corner and everything you expect from the beach is within striking distance!
