For uninterrupted services during load shedding, the villa has a backup electricity supply system for Wi-Fi, TV, and alarm system. Additionally, a plumbed-in water tank ensures a continuous water supply in case of water outages.

A breakage deposit is required per booking, which will be refunded within 7 working days of the guests' departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and everything is in order. Any discrepancies or damages in the unit should be reported to the office within 12 working hours.

The unit strictly prohibits smoking indoors, and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the forfeiture of the deposit to cover the costs of steam cleaning curtains, carpets, and furniture.

If it is discovered that there are more guests staying in the unit than initially quoted or if the number exceeds the total allowed capacity, the deposit will be forfeited.

Guests are advised that the unit is equipped with a smart TV with Wi-Fi. If they wish to watch DStv, they should bring their own decoder, smartcard, and cables.

A complimentary supply of toilet paper and guest soap is provided, but guests are responsible for replenishing these items at their own expense as the unit is self-catering. Additionally, guests should bring their own dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials they may need.

Cleaning services can be arranged between 8:30 and 14:30, excluding weekends and public holidays. Guests must book this service through the office at least 48 hours in advance and pay for it upfront to the office, not directly to the cleaner. It is important to note that this service is subject to the availability of resources, particularly during peak seasons.
