We had a wonderful stay. The beautiful room met all our needs. We were kindly received by Lynn and immediately felt at home. We also took the dinner and breakfast and it was incredibly delicious. Accommodation offers a unique and convenient experience for travelers visiting the historic village. Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, creating a warm and homely atmosphere.
Central location. Very friendly reception and fast service on requests. Our unit's kitchen space was very tight. The cupboard in which all the cutlery, plates, etc. are kept, is under the washing place (sink), so you have to bend all the time to be able to take out any item. I don't think it is that hygienic to share the space in which the sink plumbing water pipe outlet is with the cutlery. Suggest putting more shelves on the wall to prevent constant bending action. Other than that we had a nice stay.

Very nice, such hospitable people. Definitely won't stay anywhere else when in Cradock. And it's real value for money. Rooms very nice and tidy, you rarely see anything and when you find it, it's just like that. A nice part is that each room has its own patio with a braai.
We were little at our place of residence. Everything was in place, neat and clean. They can install multiplugs at the electrical plugs. Then you don't have to unplug the microwave to use the kettle.

We booked 2 days before we decided to take a detour on the way home and stop in Cradock. We had a swift response from the establishment. We were welcomed by Lynn, and she briefed us about the place. The room was well-organised, clean, and had everything one needs for an overnight stay. Every room has a sense of privacy and its own braai built in if one wants to grill a meal. The place is peaceful and in a good location in town. If we pass Cradock again, we will definitely book with the accommodation. Thanks Lynn for having us .

Everything about the venue is lovely. It's super clean and smells so so good! Very neat and tidy. Lovely hosts. It's a really nice place for a sleepover. However, a bit too small for a family of young kids – as we all know how kids need a lot of space because of their activity and luggage! For passing through it's perfect! The room is also very cold. There are electric blankets, but knowing Cradock is so cold, maybe placing a heater in the rooms, especially those that don't get that much sunlight, would make a family with young kids a bit more comfortable. But overall, a lovely place and great service.

If you're looking for a cozy place that's welcoming, Irelander is the place. Not only is their friendliness outstanding but you have to try their food too. It definitely does not disappoint.

What a great experience. The hosts are very attentive and the self-catering flatlets are neat and clean providing everything a person may need during their stay. The B&B factor allows for breakfast and dinner options. We had the most delicious breakfast made for us at a time convenient to us. It will definitely be somewhere we'd gladly stay again and again. I was disappointed not being given the above room I reserved because it had an armchair and seating other than having to sit on the bed. Picture showed a couch alongside bed but we had another bed. We were given a different room which makes me wonder why there is an option to choose. We spent time "at home" and had to sit on our bed to view TV and for recreation. I do realize I should have addressed this on arrival but didn't. The hosts are lovely people and very accommodating and the accommodation good.

The room is clean and tidy. Reception was great and room service is well executed.
Our unit was tidy with what we needed. Unit 5 was only very small for 4 people, photos and description give impression that there are 2 rooms, but in reality it is one small room with 2 single beds and other 2 single beds are pushed into the living area.
We had to change our booking date and Bertus helped us very nicely without any issues. There are 6 of us and we had a great time! Children could enjoy swimming and playing.

Our group of 16 arrived late on Sunday night. Lynn was her hospitable self when we arrived and served us the best braaivleis meal ever. They never rushed us through our meal, but patiently waited for us to eventually finish. The rooms were perfect for our group and the hot showers were much appreciated. Thanks Lynn for that extra spoil! Travelling with a few vehicles and a big trailer, secure parking was needed and that is exactly what we had. Thanks to the staff for going the extra mile. We will for sure see you again.

We were a large group, with small children. Two of the three rooms we were given were great, but the third room still had a lot of residual cigarette smoke all over. Everything smelled like smoke. Also, the hot water ran out in two of the flats, with only four people staying in each. Other than that, our one night stay was enjoyable.
Awesome setup. Each room has a braai outside. Apartment is very neat and well equipped. The only suggestion I have is that you put ceiling fans or even standing fans in the rooms. Was a little warm. But we had a great stay and will definitely be back.

Our party consisted of an elderly couple and their adult son. It was a very pleasant experience, it far surpassed all our expectations. Lyn was a friendly, charming hostess, the breakfast and supper she provided was top notch. Ten out of ten.
We only stayed 1 night. The reception was friendly and the unit neat and clean. It was easy to get there for someone who doesn't know the town and it's conveniently close to everything. I will definitely stay there again if I have to stay overnight in Cradock.

Sliding gates for access control and necessary lighting during the evening contributed to peace of mind regarding the safety of our vehicle. We would like to use the facilities again in the future.

The size of the unit impressed us and everything was clean and tidy inside the apartment. The only negative comments are the barbecue area which is not cleaned, and the location next to a busy road is not ideal. All things considered it was still good value for money and sufficient for us.
Basic things like coffee, sugar and milk were not available. No mats on the floor. Bit cold on bare floor after showering.
The owner was very helpful when we thought we were going to run out of gas.

Accommodation comprises 12 units that are serviced on a daily basis. Each unit features a kitchenette that is equipped with a fridge and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Other in-room amenities include TVs, ceiling fans, and electric blankets. Linen and towels are also provided. Outside, guests have access to braai facilities and a swimming pool. Card facilities available as well.
Safe parking is available for caravans.
