What an amazing place to stay overnight for business and leisure. The host is very welcoming. The ambience of the property makes you want to sit on the deck and relax.
We have stayed at the Irene Boomhuis twice now and were received incredibly friendly each time. They have a lovely home in a safe area on the golf course. Loadshedding won't bother you because they have solar and the unit is equipped with nice food and drinks. Recommend them to anyone.

During a busy family weekend we had the chance to spend the night at Irene Boomhuis. It was the best decision we could have made. The accommodation is luxurious, very peaceful and relaxing. The host and lady go out of their way with added luxuries that make one feel at home and pampered. No effort is spared and we were able to rest wonderfully during this demanding time. The bathroom was a highlight with a lovely, luxurious bath and spacious shower where one could regain strength. The room was wonderfully warm during a cold front, what a relief! Guests are provided with delicious breakfast sweets for the next morning and the coffee station provides delicious coffees. In the future we will without a doubt stay here again!
We spent 2 nights here for medical procedures at Midstream Medi-Clinic. We were warmly received. The tree house is beautiful and excellently equipped. We slept wonderfully warm. The breakfast available was wholesome and more than adequate. Even though it is about 7 km from Midstream, it is a nice road and we were able to drive it within 15 minutes at 06:30 in the morning. I would stay here again anytime and wholeheartedly recommend the spacious place.

Annalien and her team's assistance was amazing and they did so much more than was needed. Everything was perfect and we would recommend this place anytime. Ideally located in terms of Midstream Medi-Clinic, and even the N1 and R21 highways!

Irene Boomhuis is very beautiful and located in a quiet area. The room and bathroom were clean and there is air conditioning in the room which was great! Breakfast is also provided in the form of fresh fruit, yoghurt, oats and bran flakes. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine and capsules for coffee and hot chocolate available. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!
This one bedroom flat had everything I needed and was spotless clean. Annalien was the perfect. The hostess with just the right amount of caring! Will definitely stay there again.
Annalien our host is friendly, going to trouble to call us to find out when we would arrive. She was there to welcome us and show us around. Lovely big stoep to sit out on with perfect view over lush garden and golf course in the distance.

Staying at a guest house can mean just a clean bed and shower, or it can be a wonderful "feeling pampered and pampered" experience. Annalien understands this difference well. Our 2 night stay at Irene Boomhuis was wonderful. We felt that we were surrounded by care, as if we were their very best friends who came to visit. Thank you very, very much!

Safe, stunning and peaceful.
The Tree House is neat, nicely located and filled with small details that make the stay special. The hospitality is top notch.
The room was neat, very spacious and comfortable. My teenage daughter and I had a wonderful and comfortable stay there for three nights. Extremely neat bathroom, with dressing gowns, as well as a hairdryer. A fridge, mini-bar with prizes was available as well as a free coffee machine with its "pods". Breakfast was self-catering in the room, quite enough for the light eater. I would also like a microwave and possibly an extra packet of muffins for breakfast.
A neat unit, connected to the owner's house. Unfortunately no service. Dirty cups etc. is not exchanged, stoep is not swept. Don't care much about whether one is comfortable or not. No facility for breakfast, but also no microwave oven or anything where you can prepare food yourself.
