Our rooms were well equipped with everything needed to keep us warm in the cold. The sink, microwave and small fridge in the room was a nice bonus. Breakfast at Isabella's is a must. Izelle received us very professionally on the day and everything was right for us. It was very hot and we walked into an already cooled room which was very neat and beautiful. For the price we paid, our expectations were exceeded. Our two dogs traveled together, and after a long day in the car they enjoyed running around the large yard. The guest house is also just a short way down the road from the N1. We will definitely use Issabella's again.
Isabella's is for sure one of the best places we have stayed. With a mother who is painstakingly neat and a father who just wants to eat well and have a safe parking place for his bakkie and a daughter who likes a nice environment and nice furniture, our expectations have been exceeded! From the first moment we felt like we were visiting family, and I have to say that my "auntie" makes the most delicious breakfast, even my mother admitted it was tastier than her own. Really excellent service and little extras that make it an experience we will remember for a long time as a family.
Izelle was in contact with us during the day, and very easy to get hold of for directions. She was helpful with restaurant recommendations, and even offered to let our son (who we came to visit and was hard at work) stay with us if he didn't feel like going back! Enough blankets to keep you warm in Bloemfontein's cold, and nice treats like biscuits and a sweet wine.

For a last stop home from the Cape, we spent one night at Isabella's Accommodation. It is a beautiful place with wonderful furniture. The room was spacious and very well equipped. We slept wonderfully on an excellent mattress with good bedding. Everything in the guest house reflects style. The hostess is very friendly and helpful and she immediately made us feel at home. We also had secure parking for our car and trailer. After a lovely night's rest, we could take the last leg home.

Isabella's Accommodation is undoubtedly the BEST place we resided in whilst being on holiday in SA from Australia. Izelle, the owner, and her team made us (mom with two adult daughters) feel extremely welcomed. We had a large group of family members come visit us at the guesthouse a few times during our stay, and Izelle had no issues accommodating us all. The house and every room is truly beautiful with an amazingly well kept garden. The guesthouse is conveniently located close to a small shopping center with a supermarket, chemist and other handy shops. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast! Izelle and the team's breakfast (the omelette and muffins were my favourite) outdid all the other places we stayed at by far. They also offer a very handy laundry service which was of great help to us if you've been living out of a suitcase for a few weeks. I seriously highly recommend Isabella's Accommodation to anyone visiting Bloemfontein. Unfortunately our stay couldn't last forever, but it's definitely my first preference to stay at when visiting Bloemfontein again.

Beautiful, neat accommodation, can really recommend it, the owner is very friendly and knows the meaning of hospitality. We were there during the weekend so breakfast wasn't included, but she still prepared a delicious breakfast, and baked some fresh muffins for my granddaughter wo had to play tennis that day.

Location was perfect and just a block away from a centre with a few shops and restaurants. I can recommend Isabella's to anyone staying overnight or spending a weekend in Bloemfontein.

A very nice luxurious home. If you book Room #1 you don't have direct access to the pool (which looks amazing), which would have been awesome - but the room was very spacious with amazing water pressure in the shower (even though it is in the bath). Air-conditioning works very well and the bed was big and comfy - but if you prefer feather pillows you will need to take your own. All in all a really nice place to stay with beautiful furniture.
Place is really beautiful and quiet. I received confirmation that my booking is on Friday and she insisted that it was on a Saturday and the cottage was occupied. Mistakes happen but the fact that she was insisting and even after I read the sms from TravelGround, she never apologised for their mistake but asked if she should give me my money back. Very bad customer service.

One night comfortable stay with 2 small yorkies from Cape Town to Pretoria.
We stayed here overnight on our way back to Johannesburg from the Cape and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade from our room to one of the larger cottages. The unit is very tastefully and comfortably furnished and we were welcomed with open arms and made to feel very much at home by the incredibly friendly hostess. The swimming pool offered a great relaxation after the long journey and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
