12 guests' feedbackThe place is close to the CBD which makes it easy to connect to various access routes for shopping and tourist attractions. It's also located in a safe neighbourhood.
Had a friendly and prompt reception. Was immediately taken to spacious, neat and clean rooms. Good maintenance of the gardens and buildings. All staff are friendly and helpful. Absolutely value for money and will definitely book there again.
Jacaranda Lodge is a very beautiful place to be. I will visit it over and over again. It is also very reasonably priced. The only disappointment was that I couldn't swim as the pool was not clean. They told me that the person cleaning it would come on a Monday, but my stay was on a weekend. So please improve on that. Other than that, everything is perfect. Keep it up.
Stayed over 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. Beautiful place in a great location.
We only have 1 thing that might be a sore point. When we go to the mall, for example, we have to hand in our room key and we only get it again when we get back. I'm not saying it's not safe to leave our stuff there, but it feels weird.
I can recommend Jacaranda Lodge to any traveller.
We had a good rest! Staff was friendly and helpful, nice big showers and a lovely breakfast. Would have like bigger television sets in the rooms! Keep it up!
Place is excellent.
As we got there the rooms that was booked, was booked out and our booking was never reserved, while we did pay before the required time and date. We had to stay in a smaller room and the shower was very small with almost no pressure.
Would recommend to everyone to go elsewhere even if it is more expensive.
