Awesome view of the ocean.
Many thanks to Michael for allowing us to stay in their apartment for a while. The place is clean, tidy and it is breathtakingly beautiful. Would book Jakaranda 11 again anytime and would suggest it for a small family looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Children are safe and you can keep an eye on them on the climbing frame.
We had a great time at the holiday cottage. Wifi and full DStv. Everything that is needed. Close to everything. I will definitely vacation there again.

It was all that and more. Could see the sea nicely and even though there was no longer a real swimming beach to the south of the old lagoon, it didn't stop us from enjoying a wonderful time.

You feel at home there and it is really very beautiful. There's a sea view and you're central to shops. Will go back anytime with a smile.
This apartment is excellently equipped, everything a woman's heart could desire is right there, nothing was missing. What a great holiday, full of DStv and WiFi router that you can put money on. Beautiful sea view and safe, easy access to the stand which is a stone's throw from the apartment. Very safe environment and central to all the shops and malls. We will definitely stay here again. It's been a while since we stayed in such a nice place. We truly got away from the noise of the city, with the sunrise we could see every morning from our room and the patio. The ocean is right in front of you, doesn't matter where in the apartment you are. It is so well-equipped it feels as if you could live there! We also didn't struggle with keys or communication, everything was just easy right from the start! And it is so clean and neat. We will definitely see you again!
The place has a beautiful view of the sea. It is very tidy inside and everything that is needed and more is inside the house. The bed was a bit hard and pillows uncomfortable, but we didn't mind too much. Will go back again for sure.
We had a great time at Jakaranda no. 11. The view was perfect. It is conveniently laid out and everything holidaymakers need is available in the apartment. We were able to sleep well with the master bedroom door that we could leave open because of the lattice gate. We can really recommend the place, it was one of our most wonderful holidays ever and will use it again. Thank you very much.
The view from the first floor is beautiful. The children had a great time playing on the large lawn and climbing frame. We enjoyed it very much.
Jacaranda 11 is good value for money. Well equipped with everything you need to live. The children played until late in the complex. Parking is sufficient. Although the curtains were showing their age, everything else was in order and clean. Full DStv package is a bonus. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We can't wait to book again!
Place very neat and tidy. Feels like a home from home. Very secure little complex with absolutely stunning sea view. I would definitely recommend unit to everyone. The owner also very helpful and friendly.
Enjoyed the view. The flat is well equipped with everything needed for a holiday. What I did not like was the cleanliness of the place. The flat needs a good spring clean. Curtains are dirty. Couches have dirty marks on it and the comforters thrown over the couches have marks on it and very smelly like old feet. Not pleasant at all. The main bedroom double bed is very odd. The headboard does not fit with the bed and didn't enjoy sleeping on the bed. Mattress is very hard and seems to be to big for the actual base.
The accommodation was top notch. The apartment has a beautiful sea view and the location is perfect, the area quiet and beautiful. The apartment is well equipped and very tidy. Absolute value for money. The owner is very helpful and always available with help or questions. We had a great time and Jacaranda will definitely see us again in the future.

A very clean and neat place.
The kitchen has everything needed to cook comfortably and more. Dishwasher is a bonus. Lovely fridge/freezer - big enough to store lots of food (meat/fruit/vegetables) for a week's supply. Two showers, two toilets, two sinks as well as a large bath in which a man can comfortably lie full length. The full DStv is fantastic. Large living area with enough seating for 10 people. The windows overlook the sea, as well as the nice balcony with sliding door to the master bedroom and a side door to the TV room (living area). Absolutely safe, I slept every night (for 7 nights) with the sliding door open to feel the sea breeze and enjoy the cool air, not that it was uncomfortably hot in the last week of September. The sound of the waves breaking is in your ears 24/7 - lovely! At first I was skeptical because there is no aircon in the apartment, but really, it is not needed. The roof fans and the air constantly stirring from the sea are wonderful. The gate code works conveniently at all the gates - less keys and remote controls to carry around. The corrugated iron covered parking lots are cool. I will definitely use Jakaranda Vacation Apartment 11 again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be a stone's throw from the water.
We will definitely go there again. Very well furnished and we enjoyed it very much.
