It is a very cute place with everything you need. The only problem is the beds are not very comfortable so sleep was not of good quality every day, they can think about purchasing better quality mattresses. I will definitely use the unit again.

Just a few things to improve on. The kitchen door needs attention, locks are not in 100% condition.

There were a few things that weren't right but otherwise delicious. Will go again. It is very centrally located. And we were safe. It's just a shame that there weren't really good takeaway measurement places, especially with the load shedding. But we will go again.

We had a great stay at Jakaranda 12. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Right location, can see and hear the sea all the time. Easy access to the sea and a nice balcony to sit and relax.
A moment to break away from the outdoors and worries. Where one can live for now and what matters. To laugh together and share experiences together. To have an experience together with the waves in the background. It wasn't our last time. See you again soon.
They said no animals and there were people among us with a puppy that kept barking and messing up on the grass. With small children this is unacceptable. The cauldron was full of ants and mold. The stovetops were terribly dirty. Fans did not work well.
Sea view from the balcony is spectacular, dolphins playing and whales splashing.

I would definitely recommend Jacaranda 12 for a family with small children. the climbing frame and nice lawn are a definite bonus. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, we did not lack anything during our stay there. We did struggle a bit to find the right loadshedding schedule, although the group and area are on the office door and the oven plates were difficult to notice which plate is on where, as the indicators are no longer visible. But overall, the apartment exceeded my expectations, it's neat and nice and spacious.

The viewing from the balcony we saw dolphins and whales up close. Unit very clean. Complex is safe with a very friendly caretaker.

We really enjoyed the stay. We have stayed there quite a few times. Always good at Jakaranda. However, there are a few things that bothered. Like a stove that needs attention. Larger cardboard boards would be appreciated. Doors that can close. For the price, highly recommend.

Jakaranda 12 was an excellent place. Couldn't have picked a better place. Right on the sea and very comfortable.
We had a very nice stay. The sea view is beautiful. There are a few things that need attention, like a room door that won't close. Stove definitely needs attention. We missed bedside lamps and a mat in front of our bed. The kitchen could really do with some new cardboard plates. Otherwise a great stay.

The apartment is right next to the ocean which is great. There will always be one or two things that could be better, but we still had a great time. For older people (like us) who want to rest, it might be a good idea to go when it's not school holidays since it could get noisy at times. We will definitely stay there again.

Unfortunately the accommodation has quite a few maintenance issues (rusty security gates, damp walls, paint peeling off window sills and extremely damp smell in the bathroom). Bedding and dish cloth clean but stained. Beach chairs / cool box / umbrella and boogie boards a nice touch for holiday makers.

No complaints. It was tidy and we had a good time.
Clean and modern flat on the second floor of a small flat block. The flat block is near the beach and equipped with enough cutlery and equipment for 4 people. One covered parking. Had to contact the contact person myself regarding the key, address, etc. but I had no problem gaining access.
The unit is central for swimming and other activities like angling. Everything is within walking distance from the apartment and the traffic is very quiet in that area.

We had a lovely holiday. The flat was perfect and our children enjoyed the small playground. We walked to the beach nearly every day.
We had a great stay! It is well located and very close to Uvongo's beach. The apartment was clean and tidy. We had a problem with the stove but it was sorted out very quickly, The lights in the apartment need attention though. It is quite faint and slightly dark in the evening. The four bunk beds make the spare room very dark. We also couldn't use the nice bath because it had a broken place in it. Overall we really enjoyed the apartment. Will definitely use it again.
We really enjoyed the week we were there the shops and attractions were close enough the sunset and sunrise were amazing would book with you again anytime.
Great stay, the best part was the apartment is in walking distance to Uvongo beach. Apartment is relatively well equipped and well furnished.
The accommodation was clean, tidy and pleasant to stay in. The large front garden and play area also make it child-friendly holiday accommodation. I really recommend this holiday accommodation and surroundings.
