Situated in a lovely part of our country, room was very spacious and comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant, very nice food, real farm atmosphere, warm fireplace.
Jan Harmsgat created the peaceful atmosphere for some nice conversations on the stoep just after cooling down in the swimming pool. Restaurant's food was top class and the staff are the best and most helpful ever. Thank you Leandra for your hospitality and all this in Afrikaans.
No water. No hot water. Mold on ceiling above bed. TV remotes do not work. Curtain hooks not hooked in. No coffee, only decaf. Wrote in advance in mail that it is my wedding anniversary and that is why I chose the bathroom suite 7. But nothing worked.
We can recommend the restaurant. Josh and his wife are truly stars and your food is top notch. Thank you for your kindness.
What did bother me is the price and for what you get. Our water did not run if the room next door was also used. It is not a pleasure to suddenly be without water in the shower. We were then moved which was a hassle to the exclusive room and there the toilet didn't work and the towels were yellow. Otherwise, the garden was very beautiful and peaceful for us.
Very nice and relaxing place. Room was neat and clean, flowers to welcome you. Bar fridge with ice cold beer, soft drink and water (free). Slippers and bathrobe, delicious soap, hand cream etc. and nice big shower. A bottle of water in the evening and a chocolate on your bedside table. For those who love a TV - great with all the channels. Breakfast and dinner were tops. If you find fault, the problem lies with you and not the food. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Was really 2 wonderful spoiled days. Thank you very much!
Franswa immediately made us feel at home. The staff are all very friendly. Location beautiful and neat. Food from the books. Was an awesome night when we slept there. Will go again.
