Place is so neat, you're almost afraid to make it dirty. You can see it is well maintained. Something that is rare in today's time. Definitely worth a four star rating. Would definitely stay there again and can recommend it to any traveller.
Very comfortable and neat. Location was perfect and very close to the venues where our children played tennis. Delicious breakfast too!

We came for the National Arts Festival and Jenny's Guest House was the perfect place for our stay. Great location, clean, friendly staff, cooked breakfast. It was a good spot to stay.
It was very nice. Jenny's meets all our requirements.
We booked the outside room (for more privacy). However, it was not at the back of the yard as we thought, but in front, between the parking area, owners' garage and the main house. We could hear every sound from these areas, and had to cower to passers-by if we dared to open the bedroom windows. The breakfast area is too cramped for the number of guests to be served. The parking area is also far too small for the amount of vehicles that have to park there. Although the host offered to move vehicles around, as guests we didn't want to stress every time we got there (no place immediately available) or left from there (need to maneuver other vehicles first to be able to get out). The volume noise of the extractor that comes on automatically when the bathroom light comes on is way too loud. The facilities weren't quite what we expected (pool had a net left so we wouldn't have been able to swim without a lot of trouble; DStv in the room wasn't the full package - for example we couldn't use most of our usual choices like channels 120, 144, 145, etc. not seen).
Will definitely go back again.
The place was tidy, the surroundings quiet and the host and hostess very friendly. It is far enough out of the town center to be quieter, but still within walking distance. The room we were in shares a kitchen and living area with a second room that was not in use during our visit.
Streets in Grahamstown need a lot of attention. Everything just goes haywire in the beautiful old Settlers City. Can't believe Rhodes University looks so bad. But at Jenny's everything looks very good despite drought and shortage of water.

Guesthouse very good. Town dilapidated.
Only prob we had was the power was off a few times and were not able to to use some of the plugs. Otherwise it was perfect. We fell in love with the dog called Kenzi.
Jenny's guesthouse is one fun B&B. Friendly hostess and everything neat for each other. Only pity that the wifi does not work well. We managed to get on the internet once. The location is slightly (1 km.) outside the center but easy to reach.
Very rarely are we satisfied where we booked. But Jenny's Guest House totally surprised us. Clean, tidy and private. Lovely garden surrounded by trees. Breakfast was pleasant and good variety to choose from on offer. Owners friendly and make you feel at home. Unit itself well equipped with everything you need. If space gets tight there is a lounge to welcome you. If I'm ever in that county again, I wouldn't hesitate to book there again.

Accommodation was very comfortable, clean and tidy. Decoration, pieces of furniture and equipment testify to good taste and style that justify rates. The included breakfast was also of high quality.
The place is located in a tranquil setting and is beautiful, peaceful and very private. The gardens are stunning and breakfast was lovely.

Located in a quiet suburb of Grahamstown, yet all important points of interest can be easily reached by car. Reception was hospitable and friendly and the facilities clean. The breakfast was excellent and was served without delay.

A very warm welcome from Claire and Gavin. We were shown to a flat tastefully decorated and beautifully clean. There was plenty of room for my 2 teenage sons, my husband and me. A kitchenette, a lounge come dining room. They could not make us feel more at home. Really comfortable beds saw us through the night and we went down to breakfast in the main house. A great spread for breakfast and hot breakfast if you wanted it made by Clare. We spent two nights there and a very dedicated Claire and Gavin stood in the rain to bid us farewell.
We felt at home and comfortable in the guest house. Thank you for the good quality linen. Breakfast was delicious!
Would love to stay at Jenny's Guest House again.
Jenny's Guest House is located in a quiet area. The room was tastefully furnished and clean. I especially appreciated the quality of the bedding and towels. The hair dryer is very handy. The owners are friendly and the breakfast fresh and tasty.
Jenny's Guest House in picturesque Grahamstown is well worth a visit. We arrived when it was quite cold in the evenings (although not yet mid winter) and our room was comfortable, warm and very inviting. If we had not had to travel such a long day the following day, I would happily have spent as long as possible in that cosy bed!
Very safe, in a good location.
