The second bedroom and third bedroom have a queen-size bed and double bed, respectively, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. They make use of a shared bathroom fitted with a shower, and a separate toilet and basin.
The living area has comfy seating space, with a TV that has access to a full selection of DStv channels, and features a 8-seater dining table with chairs. It is open-plan to the kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, basic crockery and cutlery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. As we live in a load shedding era, In this house they made sure that every room has a rechargeable light plus spare ones. They also have a heater as backup during load shedding that hits up the entire house. The view from this house is to die for. The only thing is, they have a steep driveway which is a bit challenging.

The accommodation was beautifully decorated with every possible convenience. The view was phenomenal.
Absolutely amazing and we will definitely take the family back. The only thing that was a bit concerning was the absence of a safety net or railing on the edge of the lawn, which was a bit dangerous for my 1-year-old son.
This is one of those places that gives rest to your soul. The views, visible from every single window, are exquisite. The kitchen is well stocked, we had need of nothing during our stay. The bedrooms are comfortable and warm, we must have gone in the coldest week of winter and there were plenty of extra blankets to choose from. As a mom of 2 little girls, I was most thankful for the use of the washer and dryer in the garage! We will be visiting again for sure!

Breathtaking sea views from 3 of the 4 bedrooms. House is neat and tidy. Bedrooms are spacious and clean. Inverter is definitely a huge advantage to have uninterrupted Wi-Fi. Lounge is Cosy with comfortable couches. Kitchen is spacious and well-stocked. Gas hob is definitely a plus during load shedding. Loose carpets are a problem as a person can easily trip. Geysers run too hot or too cold when more than one shower is used simultaneously. Water rained in at the indoor braai place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jock's View. The unobstructed sea views are amazing and you are far enough away from the main road to not be disturbed by it. Nothing behind you except a brilliant mountain view. I would definitely recommend a stay here. our 3 nights were too short and wish we could have stayed longer.
We visited Jock's View with friends at the weekend and what a 'view'! Falling in love with Betties Bay all over again. The house (especially the kitchen) is wonderfully spacious and so well furnished, you can cook and barbecue while watching rugby and all the while seeing the sea. My husband just wants to go again, but longer!
