Overall, our stay was pleasant and the guest house is safely located on a golf estate. The entry and exit at the gate is sometimes slow because visitors have to give their codes and show driving licenses and in peak times there are many vehicles. The beds' mattresses in the master bedroom are already worn out and urgently need to be replaced! However, the arrangements and codes of the complex are very well communicated and professional. Thanks for that.
This is the second time we book the place for the same tournament. Overslept in 2022 also in the apartment. It's disappointing how the place has deteriorated. The grill is rusted and we first had to find ways to clean it. The living room sofas are broken and the double sofa is covered with a blanket so that the broken places do not show. One of the drinking glasses is chipped so you have to be careful not to cut your lip. The double bed in the one bedroom's mattress has been slept through and it feels like you are sleeping on the base of the bed. I am very disappointed in the condition of the contents of the apartment and it does not justify the price we paid for the period. You cannot charge such fees and your place is not up to standard.
I really enjoyed staying at Jackal Creek Apartment and the facility is easy to use and the place is so quiet, I even thought I was alone with my partner,
Safe for small children, many game rooms. Neat and kitchen well equipped.
The accommodation is nicely furnished, tidy and enough space to move around. The place is peaceful and I love the decor. The children love the bedding and it's nice that they could swim there and enjoy themselves. It's like a home away from home and the people around you are friendly.
Good value for money, everything was nice and tidy.
