Ideal location, very clean and tidy and Mariette went out of her way to make an effort for us. The coffee facilities and tasty biscuits were a bonus. Delicious, comfortable mattresses with luxurious bedding that sleep well. Towels were also a bonus, our luggage was lighter. I would love to go back there again. You won't regret staying there.

The detail is perfect. Linen, electric blankets, personal hot water bottles, overhead heating above the shower. Lovely porch that can be closed with a braai place. Mariette's accommodation is first class - all one would want in a home away from home. She is very helpful and friendly, without encroaching on your space. Definitely a splendid location, just a stone's throw from an endless, peaceful beach.

The enclosed stoep with braai is a wonderful space to sit and relax. We loved that you do recycling! The electric blankets were a very welcome treat on such a chilly night. Thank you that we could celebrate 16 years of marriage at Jubel n Juig.
Lovely place, has everything you need and more, I especially liked the bathroom. It's definitely a cute place for more mature couples or backpackers. Just disappointed that there is a connecting door to the main house which makes one feel as if you can't be too loud, not really as private even though the lady never intruded. Overall we had a great time.

Very friendly welcome by Mariette, pleasant and fun to chat with. Very clean and tidy unit that we would recommend to anyone. Well equipped with all the necessary. All that puts us off is the fact that her house is on the unit and she has free access to the unit. Key is kept on Mariette's side so you don't have your own privacy, but other than that it was really very nice to stay there.
Can definitely recommend the place. Has all facilities for a nice self-catering stay. A lovely sheltered patio contributes a lot to a lovely visit. Mariette's kindness and caring add that extra something to a lovely visit.
What a cute little place with everything you need. The place is located in a beautiful environment close to everything your heart could possibly desire on the West Coast. Quiet, breathtaking place, just 200 m from the beach. Was still nice and quiet, and what a beautiful beach. Our Dear Father spoiled us with this beautiful spot and breathtaking sunset on the stand. Wow.

Nice, relaxing area close to the sea. Stunning sunset. House next to main house. More suited for small family and couples (fold-out couches not comfortable for 2 people). You feel a bit guilty to play music due to the owner next door. Mariette is really hospitable and makes you feel welcome. Thank you.
Really recommend this, not for holiday makers looking for the busy city life, but just a place to relax at. It is really relaxing with no noise. You get everything that they offer.
