It was a weekend getaway - staycation - and this property fit the budget. We were 6 adults and 5 teens. Great entertainment area that offered table tennis and some board games, as well as fishing spots nearby. All amenities were covered. The nearest store is a 15-minute drive away if you need anything. The owner lives at the bottom but is really accommodating and not intrusive at all.
It was lovely. However, there was a power outage for over 7 hours on Saturday evening. We ended up having an early night due to low cellphone battery and no light. The hosts were very helpful and non-intrusive. They stay at the bottom of the double storey but you'd never really say that they're there. Awesome place for a nice chill with family and friends.
It was a great place to stay, it's close to the beach and the owners were very good with communication. There are a few things that need fixing but will definitely go again.
Beds were comfortable, clean linen. Oven was dirty, no plugs in the bathroom, no wine glasses provided.

The house is very comfortable and is value for the amount they charge.
There wasn't enough toilet paper. The main bath wasn't working which we were informed about on arrival because it was leaking so the damp smell was terrible. We had to chop up onions to mask the smell. On Saturday after 10 pm people were complaining about our noise already and it wasn't even loud. The problem is that there are people living downstairs.
No privacy. The owner WhatsApps me all the time. Too many rules for R4000. No. Never again. Beautiful place, but too many mistakes. That is not a place for a family with children. We could see the owner and his family downstairs.
Nowhere is it mentioned that the owner lives downstairs. At six in the afternoon you are silenced, no towels, coffee, tea, sugar. Pack away trampoline if your guests' children are not allowed to use it. For the price I paid to relax with my family I do not recommend large groups with children to book there, no wifi but it is advertised.
The environment and ambiance of the space was perfect. I would definitely recommend Judea Accommodation as an accommodation of choice for anyone who needs a quiet and relaxed getaway, away from all the noise and boisterousness of city life. There was enough space and the accommodation was exactly as advertised no disappointments. Apart from the loadshedding which is outside the control of the management our stay was most pleasant.
We visited Judea Accommodation with a few friends and their children. We had a lovely stay, enjoyed the entertaining environment with indoor braai and table tennis, with lots of space and clean and neat bedrooms. Dane was the next level host and absolute best. Thanks so much for the lovely stay.

What I liked about the property is that it was upstairs with four bedrooms. A spacious lounge and dining room area. It was absolutely spotless and the host was most welcoming.

The house offers enough space for a large group. It was neat and clean when we arrived and we were kindly received. We had a great time and the open plan braai room is an asset for the dance lovers. Thank you Dane for an unforgettable weekend with many beautiful memories.
The weekend was lovely. It was my 40th birthday and we celebrated with friends. Dane was an absolute superstar. He was there for a while but left for the night. We had everything that we needed and lots of fun was had by adults and kids. Will definitely go back. Thank you, Dane and LekkeSlaap.

Everything was as expected. Beds comfy, place clean.
The house is run-down. Blinds are broken. Bath leaked. Microwave turntable is broken. Tap in kitchen is dislodged and difficult to operate. Most lights in living room not working. Oven does not switch off. Power points are missing covers. Fridge did not have shelving in the door, these were broken off. Property not cleaned thoroughly.
I'll definitely be booking again.
We had an absolutely wonderful time, house was tidy and had everything we needed. Children had plenty of room to run around and enjoy themselves. Quiet environment but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy yourself. No complaints and will definitely go again.

Place is very comfortable with spacious rooms. Because Betties Bay was very windy, teenagers could keep themselves busy with table tennis, darts, etc.
Weekend was very nice, although it was cold. House is big and has enough space so suitable for now in the time of the lockdown. It was definitely one for the books.
We were 10 adults on a breakaway. Loved the space as well as the views. The indoor braai was a plus.

Upon arrival, I realized that the owner lives on the ground floor, which could possibly impose on privacy and "freedom". I either missed this detail in the info or it isn't stated. My fears were soon extinguished. Dean is a great guy overall, very helpful, accommodating and completely respected our privacy. As far the Judea is concerned: Spacious, beautiful, clean, well equipped with a great view from the balcony. Within 10 minutes walk from the beach and fishing spots. I will definitely go there again.

It was just a cleanliness issue on arrival.
Small improvements required eg: Mirror on bathroom walls. Shower doors or curtains. Washing machine. Revamped braai area. Serving dishes. Towel rack on bathrooms.
Thank you so much for allowing us to spend the weekend there. I was a bit scared that it would get 2 noisy, as we had a birthday celebration, but the owner were very accommodating. Hope we can make use of Judea again.
I will definitely recommend this to anyone. The owners are friendly and gives you your space. The place is big enough and well equipped to have a large group of people.

We used the accommodation as a student committee. We found the house very easily and the host was friendly. We had a very comfortable stay in the house. Every time we contacted the owners, they answered the phone quickly and helped us. I would be happy to use the accommodation again.

It's a house that is divided into 2, so the owners live downstairs and the tenants upstairs, despite this we felt very private and we could make noise as much as we wanted. It's a nice house and I would stay there again. It has an indoor braai, but not an outdoor braai on the balcony.
