If you just want to spend the night, that's fine. Expected more though looking at internet photos. Conveniently close to a business center.
Place is nice and neat on the eye. On closer inspection, however, you find the shower inside is moldy, the walls next to the bed are dirty. Shower has nowhere to put your soap and shampoo, only half a roll of toilet paper is provided. Called in advance to book breakfast and it was ok, however upon check in we were told to leave breakfast instead because "you are the only ones who want to eat". However, after I pointed out that I had already called 2 days earlier, it was agreed to provide us with breakfast. The owners should perhaps pay attention not to talk so close to the rooms until late at night because it is really disturbing and keeps guests awake. I think the owners may have been great with service delivery and cleanliness at one point, but they seem tired and no longer in the mood. However, they were pleasant and friendly. I believe that they will see this constructive criticism in a positive light and will make work of the few little jackals. Don't believe they are aware of these little problems.

My first visit was fantastic, the guy who opened for us was amazing. Due to my previous visit, I booked there again, but the reception was bad, the room smelled like smoke, there was also a sewage smell. They sent Jeyes Fluid, but the experience was unpleasant.
My host, Ray, was friendly and helpful. The rooms are great, and the rates are very reasonable, but I feel an air-con would be needed in summer, although a fan was provided in the room. The location is also great and is in a nice suburb which is well-maintained. The ambiance is really nice. If early, there is undercover parking. The security is good. I had a really enjoyable stay. Thanks to Ray and Marcel. I will definitely stay here again.

We were warmly welcomed and felt at home right away. The premises is very tidy and the garden is a paradise. The room was very neat, with all the amenities one needs. Children aged between 0 and 2 stay free.
Children aged between 3 and 12 pay 50% of the sharing rate.
Check-out is at 10h00. Guests are requested to adhere to check-out times, as late departures will incur additional costs.
Please inform reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. An extension will be given depending on the availability. If the room is available, the normal tariff will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry or period, the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the guest.
Resident guests may receive non-resident visitors until 22h00, with prior arrangements being made.
No loud music or partying is allowed. Visitors are to sign an indemnity when entering the premises. Visitors or guests are not allowed to spend the night without prior consent from the guest house management. An additional payment needs to be made for sleepover visitors.
Water and electricity usage: Please switch off fans, heaters, TVs and lights when not in use or when you leave your room.
Please be considerate to neighbours and fellow guests. Keep the volume of voices and TV's as low as possible.

The guest house offers a variety of accommodation options, which include single rooms, twin rooms, double rooms, family rooms and queen rooms, all of which boast en-suite bathrooms. Each room has a flat screen TV with selected DStv channels and Wi-Fi access. Most of the rooms are separated from the main building and have their own entrances.
Secure parking is provided, with limited under cover bays. A range of services and facilities are available on request and may incur an additional fee. These include the use of braai facilities, dinner, breakfast and lunch packs, licensed cash bar, and laundry service. A communal, self-catering kitchen is also available.
The neighborhood of Ben Fleur is a quiet area, with the Ben Fleur Boulevard Shopping complex within walking distance from the guest house, about 500 meters away. The shopping complex boasts a Checker’s store, a number of smaller convenience stores, 4 restaurants and a variety of takeaway food outlets.
The Highveld Mall, Ridge Casino, Witbank Dam, Curro School and Bakenveld Golf Course are all in a radius of 2.5 to 3.5 km from the Guest House.
