Can highly recommend Kalahari Rest to someone who would like to explore the area.
The units were very neat and clean. There is a door right behind the double bed in the unit and the people behind us were making noise until the early hours of the morning. We were 4 adults and 1 child in the 1 unit and 2 adults and 2 children in the other unit, with 1 small container of milk for each unit which was definitely not working. The braai area isn't nice either, it's right on the street and everyone can see what you're doing. With the other accommodation we have used through the website, they are very different.
I booked a family room with a separate room. We were informed on arrival that we would get another single room. Even though it was only an overnight stay, it was too small and cramped for a family of 5. Had to call Riana the next morning to ask for towels. Sounded like trouble and didn't bring it to our room, we had to get it from her at the fence. Clean and tidy but definitely will not stay there again.

We had a friendly reception like family. Riana waited for us in the rain and welcomed us. The accommodation is neat, convenient, clean and everything that a tired traveller needs for a good night's rest. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely make use of Kalahari Rus again.

We only stayed 1 night. Unit is very neat, received very friendly. Lovely with the air conditioning, especially in December heat. Parking is a bit tricky if you have a large vehicle. All that really bothered me a bit, the unit is right next to the house people's (I assume) living room. They talked and watched TV until late. The sound goes through to the unit. We had trouble falling asleep, especially if you want to drive early the next day. Other than that, no complaints.
I didn't have a good experience, when I got there there were contractors building. There was no bell at the gate to ring to gain entry and no reception office. Dog mess was lying on the grass in front of my unit. That evening I couldn't get my TV to work and they sent kids to sort out the problem. I left early the next morning and had to wait for someone to hand over the key and remote control of the gate. However, I slept well but unfortunately will not use the guest house in question again.
