Our stay was relaxing. The rooms are warm, and you even forget it is winter. Very friendly people who assist fully with their customers' needs.
The 2 bedroom flatlet had no air conditioning in the heat of Upington. The quality of workmanship on the doors was poor (it's simple enough to turn the door lock pin around, and the door will stay closed when shut).
It was satisfactory. However, we encountered an issue with the odor of cigarette smoke emanating from the water cooler vent. As non-smokers, we would appreciate a smoke-free environment, especially considering we had a two-month-old infant with us.
I have never felt so at home.

The owner was very friendly and welcomed us with open arms. We also wanted to leave very early the next morning and they accommodated us very nicely.
They can put in DStv because Netflix didn't play, Showmax was boring and if it wasn't for the wifi and we didn't bring our own laptop, then I don't know. We didn't feel welcome at all, my wife and I were very unhappy and we couldn't have waited to get out. They need to step up their service, no hard feelings, we have checked in at many places, so we know what service is when it comes to places like this.
