Not value for money, I could have done better for what I paid, web was very misleading.
Nice, helpful owners. Nice, quiet, safe and relaxing atmosphere. Excellent room service. Internet worked. TV did not always have great connection and more channels would have been nice.

I stayed in the guest house the previous year with a completely different experience. I don't know what went wrong in the meantime. So it has the potential to be great with a nice garden and great location. The landlady/owner received us in her oldest tracksuit and sleep socks at 12:00 in the afternoon. (We were able to check in earlier due to graduation already starting at 2:00 PM, for which I would like to thank her.) She continued to complain and then told us our fee did not include breakfast. And let us understand how much trouble breakfast will be. In addition, my husband cracked his head open against the old-fashioned TV that stands out in the narrow hallway. And get a generator for load shedding.
We didn't even get the room we booked. They should upgrade the furniture and floors, especially the mats smelled really bad. We felt like it was very misleading. The cutlery and even the cupboards were dirty and smelly. I would most certainly not recommend this place to friends and family, I will never go there again. They weren't even friendly! The DStv systems weren't working and the TV was so old that you couldn't make out what was going on on the screen. It really wasn't nice staying there.
