Was very nice and felt like a farm visit.
There was no shortage of natural beauty and silence for the soul. Having the whole place to yourself was a bonus.
Second time we stay here, standard at the same high level. Enjoyed hanging out outside and soaking in the Karoo silence. Refreshed continued our journey.
Rassie and Marianna received us generously. House and garden are well maintained and we had a wonderful overnight stay. Enjoy spending the night a little outside the town. Very safe. There was delicious braai wood and a beautiful sunset. We could also hear the kudu bull barking in the camp next door. What an experience. Hope we can spend the night there again.

We arrived after sunset and were received very friendly and helpful by Petrus. The facilities are excellent and tidy and allow you to relax after a long and stressful journey on our roads. Although the N12 is not far from home, it was not disturbing. Thank you very much for a tasteful house in which you feel at home.

The place is fully equipped, there is nothing you lack. The location as a stopover to the Cape is ideal and the view is beautiful. Mariana is a wonderful hostess, the ice in the freezer and the biscuits were highly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again, even for more than just one night.

Neat accommodation and clean facilities to quickly stretch out and refresh after a few hours on the road. Karoo silence and stargazing, ideal while a meat sizzles on the coals.
