I was disappointed with the customer service. Someone else received us and I asked the lady to show me the place to stay. I was thankful that we were able to check in a little before 2pm because we were driving a long way and had a reunion that started at 3pm. I never saw the hostess during the 2 days we stayed over. In the morning when we left she just came to say where we should leave the key when we left because they were going somewhere. She did not ask about our needs or if there were any complaints or show interest. She didn't introduce herself either. There was only a quarter roll of toilet paper at our disposal and I therefore had to provide it myself. Coffee and milk were sufficient and I give her credit for that. Unfortunately, I broke the water cup when I opened the fridge door and it fell over. I looked for it in 3 different places and couldn't find it. They can easily install a roof where a vehicle can be parked under, especially with the severe heat, the vehicle is an oven, especially if you stay more than one night. Sorry if my review is not positive.

We only stayed overnight on our way to Johannesburg and for that it was ideal. Provision was made for the lights to work during power outages, so we weren't sitting in the dark. There was also a gas kettle for boiling water.
