6 guests' feedbackI can't tell you how wonderful the hosts are. I'm overwhelmed with their generosity and friendliness. You leave there feeling you've found lost family.
Was lovely. Sunset and sunrise were breathtaking. The highlight was being able to view the starry sky.
We stayed way too short! We came for stargazing and rest in the Karoo, but got much more than that. Marietjie and Neil were incredibly hospitable and the accommodation exceeded our expectations. We are already making plans to return for more!
Fantastic weekend filled with peace, quiet and comfort.
My wife and I really enjoyed it. What I really liked about it was the character: Wood stove, fireplace, gas fridge, donkey and the dining room set! This is for someone who wants a farm experience. There is no 5 star comfort, but silence for thoughts, close to the earth, stars and box tracks. If you are someone who wants to get out to the Karoo, I can definitely recommend Kareedoringkraal and even if you don't understand the Karoo, there is a friendly Piet and Koos who will be happy to help. I hope the owners don't change too much of the character in future improvements.
Unbelievably good Karoo silence next to the fire, with more than enough wood available for a evening under the stars. Donkey had a good fire for hot water to bath in. Friendly host and hostess. Closest people were kilometers away from our home but we did not feel unsafe at all.
