Lovely and comfortable. Signage within the property could be better. I had to go out after 21:00 for cough mixture and struggled to find my way back to my room. The rest was great.

We would have liked it if the restaurant closed later. We were at the restaurant at 10 to 9 and they told us they were closed. So we had to drive to town in search of dinner.
Upon arrival, staff were very helpful, unit was luxurious and exceeded expectations. Was very clean and enjoyed the tranquility.

The lodge is really beautiful. One of the staffers almost ruined our stay there with his unprofessional behaviour, and harassment over the phone. On top of that, we enquired over and over about a game drive, we got no response, we were completely ignored. No hospitality, none whatsoever.
Very nice place, luxury. But unfortunately there is no hot water in the house where we stayed. Receptionist is not yet qualified to work with customers. We had to use the ablution bathrooms for shower and hot water. Kareespruit wanted to return our money, did not take it. Suggest that they check that everything is in order before their guests book.
Want to see more animals.
We were there for 3 days but could have stayed for 3 weeks. The farm is close enough to quickly buy something in town and far enough that you know you are on a farm. Very nice atmosphere, we didn't hear the other people at all and will definitely go again

On our way back we stayed in one of their luxury rooms due to their not being any other accommodation. Once again we had issues with the hot water system. There is something not right with the system. After running all the taps we ended up having a cold shower. They sent someone out to look at it and they ran all the taps again and the water was hot after a while. The following morning the water was cold again.
It was a great stay. We always had wood to spend time around the fire, the rooms are great and everyone was friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect, the only thing that was a bit of a setback was the Jacuzzi apparently its been removed 1 year ago and it still appears on the website as one of the activities but otherwise its a beautiful place. High five to the receptionist.

We were well received and had a great time. The shower heads did not work well and some of the walls were badly cracked, but the farm feeling charmed us and the owner came to say hello.
We were very surprised with the facilities of the resort and very impressed with what can be offered. Unfortunately I have to say the standard or service from the kitchen is not amazing, waited a very long time for food to be served and it wasn't even busy. The dinner was really not up to standard and food was only quickly prepared and half heated. Breakfast was delicious but waited about 40 min for service and we were the only ones of 2 tables with 4 people in total waiting for food. I personally think it could give the Lodge/Resort a bad name with service delivery in a place that is classified 4 stars. Also had a problem with DStv, but was quickly helped, thanks. The safety in cupboards was locked and no instructions were given in the manual how to open or set it. But the place itself is one of the best, only service delivery from kitchen can be given attention.
The accommodation is good value for money, safe and comfortable. We arrived late at night and without the modern convenience of a GPS we had a bit of trouble finding the place. The maintenance of the facilities could receive more attention.
It is around the city but outside of the noise of the city. One can enjoy the calmness and the wild life as one is far away in the jungle. A very relaxing place for those in need.
After a long tour through Botswana, a camping holiday in bushes and dirt, it was lovely and refreshing to arrive at Kareespruit Game Ranch and Guest House. Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome. The accommodation was excellent. Thank you!

Only no electricity in the rooms, but there are romantic candles! Hot water. Large fireplace. Clean bathrooms. Nice rooms! And about one or two spiders. Electricity on battery. If you want to charge your phone, you will have to go to a restaurant to do it. Long dirt road with many bumps, but other than that, great place.
Lovely place to stay. Kitchen didn't disappoint. It's a shame I couldn't see more of this place. If the opportunity arises, I will stay there again.
On arrival staff were very friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to a new chalet. The air conditioning was not working and they immediately moved us to another room. The furniture and decor are tasteful. Dinner at short notice was delicious country food, just too much. Will go again and recommend to my friends.

Incredibly friendly people. Excellent customer service from every person who helped us. Beautifully clean and tidy. Most delicious food - hot meals and delicious toast just what we needed after a 2 week trip and camping. Would recommend them for sure! Just one suggestion - shower heads/water supply needs to be checked as we had a bit of trouble with water in the shower. But I also have to add, I don't know if they also had water shortages like previous places we stopped at. We are aware of serious water shortages in Botswana just before we stop at Kareespruit. But 100% recommended!
Kareespruit is on our list of places we won't drive past. The management and staff are still interested in their customers and are proud of what they represent. This is the standard we associate with LekkeSlaap's accommodation.

We spend the weekend and the room was not cleaned. Ranch is prone to insects, hence regular cleaning is necessary.

It's unpleasant for children. The lawn is full of thorns, there is one swing that counts as a play park, the Jacuzzi doesn't work at all, there are no barbecues in the rooms, the lapa's gas barbecue doesn't even have a gas bottle or gas pipe, there is open power cables lying above the ground by the back door, the fridge and bedside lamps are welded with "tape" and there is a meat business on the premises. The security gates are open to cars driving in and out all the time. It is not child friendly at all, as a father of a 6 year old it is unsafe with exposed power cables and open gates. At least the staff were friendly and helpful and among other things they brought us a braai that evening. The rooms were also clean. I think it should be advertised better and it should be mentioned that there is a business and permanent residents on the premises.

The place was neat and fairly clean, but there is no toilet paper, the shower does not have good drainage, there is little hot water and the toilet bowl is very badly stained. The standard is not worth the fare, sorry to say. The fridge was also packed i.e. we couldn't put water or soda in it after our long drive, to make it a little cool.

The dirt road there is just very dusty and it's not easy to find the place the first time. The only thing that was very inconvenient was the shower, but I brought it to the management's attention.
