Hi, the stay was great.
Had a lovely time. The accommodation is neat and clean, and the host always responded immediately. Kleinmond is a safe, peaceful town with a beautiful family-friendly beach.

I would recommend either one. Clean and tidy, spacious apartment. Children enjoyed. Everything close to each other, place to eat, walking trail by the sea. Owner very friendly helpful. Highly recommended for the place.
It was wonderful and situated in a easy to find spot we enjoyed our stay.
We had such a good time that we didn't want to go back home. The veranda was especially a big plus and of course the silence and tranquility.
Quiet area, nice and close to the beach and park. Karinchen has everything you need and very neat place. Close to shops too, will definitely want to go back again, had a very nice weekend.
We didn't need anything more, had a great time and slept. The host couple is very friendly and helpful. The sea is a short walk away and we walked Kleinmond flat in all directions. All the reason we give a 4 for safety is that one's car stands on the pavement, it is a very small street. We would love to vacation here again.

The place is situated close to the beach, there is also a picnic area overseeing the lagoon with a park and your kids can swim in lagoon, there is canoeing as well. People of accommodation is very friendly.

We had a wonderful weekend once again in Kleinmond. The house has all you need and a lovely braai out the back. The house is walking distance to the ocean with lovely walks along the boardwalks also close to the shops and restaurants. Very relaxing weekend.
We had a very nice stay. The place really has everything one needs! It is nicely located, a stone's throw from the pools which are great entertainment for the children. The king-size bed in one room is a nice bonus! We had such a good time and slept. Deon and his wife are really nice hosts. Can recommend the place to anyone.
The house is neat and clean with everything you need and is child-friendly with a playground at the back. The 2 bathrooms are definitely comfortable with a family. Our hostess and host were very helpful, even provided a charged light during the 2 hour power outage. With the DStv and WiFi, it's enough to keep everyone busy and happy. Truly absolute value for money. Can really recommend for a lovely break on Kleinmond.

We really enjoyed our stay. We only stayed one night, but it was a lovely unit, with plenty of space. The furnishings and bedding was great, we just missed some salt and pepper in the kitchen. The only thing that was not the best was the braai facility in the back. Due to Covid social distancing the Blue unit had the back braai available. We did not end up using it as it looked a bit messy and was not child friendly for a toddler. Other than that, lovely and would definitely book again. Deon is also a great help and made sure that we had everything we needed.

The advertisement makes one understand that it is a house on its own and did not mention anything about the fact that it is a semi-detached house with only one braai. The TV was out of order and no alternative entertainment is available.
Karinchen delivered good client service and communication. Good location. The apartment is big and equipped with everything that is needed for self-catering. However, the place is neglected. It is not about cleanliness, but rather about neglect and shabbiness. The bed linen is old, shabby and course, the floors are peeling up, the grout between the shower tiles has become mouldy, the shelf in the double room is damaged, etc.
