Most beautiful location and beautiful rooms.
Not suitable for parents with a 2 year old. The room's decor was very nice but very small. We slept nice and warm and cozy with underfloor heating, electric blanket. There just wasn't a fridge for us to store our cold things. Other than that it was nice and comfortable.
We love Karmichael Farm, it's our go to place when we in Underberg. It's perfect for us, quiet, comfortable, clean and convenient location.
Beautiful gardens and safe environment. Our little house was perfect, neat and clean, tastefully furnished and with lovely beds and nice showers with enough hot water. We had a great stay and can definitely recommend KarMichael. Owner had very good communication with us and recommended lots of nice restaurants.
The host is pleasant, friendly and very helpful.
Our hosts were out, but Florence did a great job filling in. Was a lovely room in a superb setting. We enjoyed playing with Zoogie as a bonus.

We stayed in an incredibly beautiful room. It was quiet with a farm atmosphere. Thanks, was lovely.
We stayed in the self-catering Rose Cottage. It's a beautiful farm, rich in birds and butterflies. A highlight for us were the cranes that make themselves at home in the fields. The farm is located just outside Himeville and it's easy to go everywhere. The people were very friendly and made sure we had enough wood and that the place was clean when we came back after our day's excursions. When they found out that it was our anniversary they treated us to champagne. If you're coming from JHB, Google Maps suggests you take Nottingham Road and then Lower Lotheni Road. We would suggest driving via Howick, Bulwer instead, especially in the evening, as the road is much better.
Ideal spot to recharge the batteries.
The cold tap in the kitchen did not work at all and although the accommodation was beautiful and tidy, the place was not necessarily clean. The water we bathed in was also brown. The bathroom door opens and closes with difficulty due to the curtain on the window which is right by the bathroom door. I would suggest that they use a blind inside the curtain frame. Kevin was very friendly and helpful. The land and chalets are beautiful.
Particularly pleasant and we will definitely stay there again. Would recommend the accommodation to anyone.

The accommodation was well appointed, clean, modern and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, accommodating and the breakfast was superb. I have no hesitation in recommending Kevin's establishment and will stay there next time I am up that way.
Cottage is neat and private. The location is very convenient in the area and to explore the Sanipas.
