Perfect spot to relax and take a load off. Rustic and unique spot on small dam, with beautiful views of sunset over koppies. Also on the doorstep of the Swartberg Mountains towards Prince Albert.
Perfect getaway for our family. Very close to the Cango Caves and Cango Wildlife Ranch. Simple and rustic but it has everything you need and more.
We enjoyed our stay. Great location to get to all the tourist attractions. Will definitely be back.
It was a lovely and peaceful stay with our puppy. There were loads of other dogs for our puppy to play with. Beautiful scenery from the stoep. Great place!
Pieter was a great host. Very friendly, and even brought some extra wood for the fireplace. The accommodation is very spacious. The only thing to note is that the two bedrooms are not fully sealed from each other, and only have a partition between.
Booking by Winifred was a dream. She answered all my questions and more. Upon our arrival, Piet made us feel so welcome and it felt like our home away from home. Thank you for all the hospitality and that we could share your place by the water and peaceful view!

Karoo Ghetto is rustic, but very neat and clean. Kids couldn't get enough of the canoe ride. The silence makes the break away from the city worth it.
Very peaceful place. Nice environment and it's just the place if you want to get away from the busy life.
The owners went out of their way to accommodate us with our arrival time. We felt very welcome and really enjoyed the retro feel of the accommodation. The fact that our little dog was also welcome was a big plus.
