201 guests' feedbackWe had a great stay!
Fabulous. We were welcomed and it felt like home. We loved all the surrounding gardens and did select some veg for us while staying there. That was really fun. It was very clean, we had all the amenities that we needed and loved the milk in a jug in the fridge. So welcoming and delicious with our coffee - also left for us to enjoy. Thank you.
Yes, we had a nice stay. The reception was wonderful, the accommodation spacious and comfortable.
Received a very friendly welcome, service and good advice about the area. The grounds, garden and accommodation are very neat and attention is paid to detail. People who care live here!
We enjoyed everything. Everything is easily accessible. The info manual was excellent in helping us to enjoy as much as possible of what's on offer in Prince Albert, most of it within walking distance. The decor was a superb example of how old discarded items can be used as functional items, giving us lots of ideas and amusement. We slept like babies and enjoyed the quietness of our garden cottage.
Very nice stay. The accommodation is clean and tidy. We were welcomed very kindly. There is a sitting pool to cool off and very nice braai facilities. The mosquitoes are plentiful, so take lubricant or sprays with you. It is also provided.
We had a great stay, everything we could need was there. Fans for the heat, lamps for loadshedding. Well equipped kitchen.
Lovely rural setup.
Me, my wife and one year old had a lovely stay on our way back from holiday. The unit is spacious, private and well furnished with the basic items one needs.
We stayed one night and found it very pleasant. The room we had was the furthest; it can be uncomfortable for an older person or someone who has difficulty moving.
See stars.
The decor and overall setup is fantastically cozy! Unfortunately, the owner overlooked our reservation and was not prepared for our arrival. Hygiene with a few items was an issue, and WiFi is offered but painfully slow - better to use your own SIM card.
Amazing hospitality and central to the town.
Lovely big clean accommodation.
We arrived on bikes in the heat of the day. It was beautiful, cool and had a welcome pool to cool off in. The rooms had everything we needed and we had a very good night's rest before heading up the Swartberg the next day.
Megan was lovely and very accommodating with our dog. Great stay!
Perfect - as always.
The room had everything I needed and more. It was clean and spacious. Good value for money, and I will stay there again given the chance.
Megan, thank you very much for the beautiful, neat and clean place to sleep, we slept like a rock in that silence. And no the rooster didn't wake me up for 2 hours. Think the OBS helped for the good sleep. Friendly welcome, went to pick fresh vegetables in the garden and walked around the yard. Had a great time with the other guests and had a barbecue! Felt so at home, wish we could stay there for a week. Thank you very much again, will definitely visit again in the future for longer.
It was delicious. The owner received us with a tour of the small farm and fed the goats and puppies and geese and turkeys and Polish chickens etc. etc. etc. meet. We slept wonderfully warm and it was so peaceful and beautiful!
Neat, spacious unit with interesting decor. Well appointed with everything needed. Owners make you feel at home and spare no effort. Quiet and peaceful part of town. Can confidently recommend Karoo Khaya.
We had a very nice stayover, the accommodation was excellent. We enjoyed the market day on Saturday.
Interesting interior decoration, comfortable stay.
Very nice stay. Quiet environment.
There was a welcoming homemade liqueur and an invitation to help oneself to vegetables in the garden.
Megan was so nice and we had a great stay. Thank you!
The hostess made us feel welcome from the start. Everything was neat and the use of old used articles in the decor of the accommodation gives it a distinctive old-fashioned feel. It's just a shame that the master bedroom can't be separate from the rest of the house.
The hostess was very friendly. There are a few maintenance matters that need to be attended to like the kettle lid that cannot open and the stove that was fixed but the plate kept coming on even afterwards. With loadshedding there should be a gas option for cooking. Overall the experience was great and the garden is wonderful. Thank you for the stay!
Megan is a most gracious hostess, very proud of Prince Albert and not shy to share information.
Very quaint cottages. Megan is a very special, kind and informative host. The cottage is well equiped and comfortable with all the necessary requirements. Karoo Khaya is highly recommended!
The hostess contacted us shortly after booking to hear what time she could expect us and make arrangements to open the gate when we arrived at her place. On arrival we had a wonderful welcome and were assigned our room. Immediately load shedding arrangement was explained to us, and gas geyser was available with battery lights. The place is very clean and tidy with good parking. Beautiful and interesting decor. Would recommend the place for a long or overnight stay.
Karoo Khaya is comfortably equipped and effort has been made with the finishing touches. The lights, wall hangings and curtain rods are all recycled materials, and creatively processed into works of art. The garden is a loop court. The town is neat and the restaurants' food is delicious! Definitely worth a visit.
Very neat and comfortable accommodation. Located close to restaurants and attractions. Beautiful gardens and you can take your basket and pick your own vegetables in the garden.
Megan is a wonderful hostess. You feel right at home. It's lovely to wander through the vegetable garden and pick some of the fresh vegetables. Will definitely visit again.
Very nice rooms and exceptional decoration in rooms.
Megan from Karoo Khaya was very friendly and accommodating.
Nice fruit picked and the apricot liqueur was delicious. For the non-frequent walker, the town may be a bit far.
Karoo Khaya is clean, interesting, well situated, with good facilities, interesting decor and is pet friendly. Very friendly and knowledgeable hosts.
Perfectly situated and extremely comfortable. A cottage on a farm in the middle of the village. Quite unique. Brilliant accommodation. We will be back.
Friendly and helpful hostess.
Thank you very much, Megan, it was so nice to hang out with you. You are a wonderful hostess. Thanks to Flippie who maintained the garden so nicely and was so friendly. Thank you for your beautiful garden. The apricot liqueur was so delicious. I highly recommend you.
Megan is a very special person. From our reception to our departure she was great. The cottage we stayed in was extremely well appointed. We would have liked to stay there much longer. Feel free to buy some of her jam that she makes herself as well as the "apricot drink". We will definitely stay there again the next time we visit Prince Albert.
The rooms were lovely and had a lovely garden outside.
Peaceful atmosphere, beautiful scenery. Had a nice overnight stop.
We felt so at home here. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. It was lovely to be able to walk around their beautiful vegetable garden and pick fresh produce for a fresh salad. I wish we could stay longer.
Had a great time. Quiet, and well located.
Clean and safe place to stay. Will definitely stay again.
Very nicely done. The host and wife were very friendly and helpful.
Simplicity with lots of style!
After a very long day having two tyres burst on us we were warmly welcomed by Megan and shown to our cottage (number 4 is the best). The cottage is spacious and was super clean it is well appointed with a neat kitchen with everything that we needed and super size comfy bed. There were complimentary coffee and rusks waiting for us to use the next morning and some amazing home-made products for sale in the cottage. All in all we had a great night's rest. Best of all is that Karoo Khaya is pet friendly!
Nice environment. Quiet and pleasant.
Very quaint, loved all the furnishings. Had everything we needed, the place was secure and overall a great experience.
It was lovely to pick our own salads. The place was centrally located and very safe.
Nice peaceful farm atmosphere in the town.
Very nice stay. Staff went out of their way to help guests.
It is right in the heart of silence. The stay is no surprise and certainly not any disappointment. Wonderful information is shared with the visitors and then you regret not staying longer. Stay three to four days instead.
Rooms very hot at night - air conditioners would add a lot of value.
Children enjoyed the animals as well as picking vegetables in the garden.
Nice atmosphere. Friendly hostess. Thank you very much.
The small farm atmosphere as well as the interaction with the animals was wonderful and then also the walk through the vegetable garden.
Being able to pick some fresh greens from the organic garden was an added bonus.
Megan went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. The accommodation was neat and clean with interesting Karoo memorabilia.
Our stay was too short! The units were perfect and the little extras, e.g. apricot liquor, milk, coffee, tea, rusks supplied for our arrival. And the offer of picking vegs from the gardens was the cherry on the top. Hope to see them again in the future, Kaya Karoo will certainly be our first choice when we get a chance to return to Prince Albert!
There was a carafe of homemade apricot liqueur as a welcome (delicious). The accommodation is stylishly furnished and decorated. Nice braai facilities with thorn wood included and best of all, an incredible vegetable garden where you are invited to help yourself. Even though it was at the end of the season there were still the most beautiful lettuces and a variety of other vegetables. Definitely good value for money. Will book again at Karoo Khaya.
Nice place to stay, warm welcome and helpful hostess
View from the unit was not too waffles.
Friendly service, clean and tidy.
Fantastic and excellent service.
Meghan is an incredible host. Our units were perfect in every aspect. Being able to pick fresh vegetables form their garden is an unbelievable experience.Thank you for allowing us to share your beautiful space.
Fantastic. Would highly recommend Karoo Khaya. Much attention has been paid to the finest detail. (This is the first self-care unit we visited with toothpicks). The beautiful leafy green vegetable garden was an experience, an oasis in a desert. Knowledge of the area, restaurants etc. helped us a lot in making a choice of where we want to spend our time. I would go to Karoo Khaya every weekend if I could.
Lovely beds. Enough facilities to stay for a long period. Well located for travel to die Hel. Peaceful atmosphere and wonderful hostess.
Megan welcomes us kindly upon our arrival and makes us feel at home immediately. The place has everything you need but could use some attention to the double bed's mattress. We were able to go get vegetables for dinner from the vegetable garden.
We were welcomed very kindly and immediately helped with a reservation for dinner. Great communication and service from start to finish.
Karoo Khaya has everything you need for a nice sleepover after a long day on the road. Thank you very much!
We had a great time at Karoo Khaya, everything was very clean and tidy and the hospitality of the owners was excellent. Our two children really enjoyed the animals and the space, thank you very much for looking after us so well. We hope to visit you again in the future, I would highly recommend Karoo Khaya!
The most beautiful place ever with a great place to barbecue. There's even an honesty bar. The host was a wonderful lady who luckily still had some meat for us because unfortunately shops were closed. Our own fault, we were way too late.
Peter and Megan are fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely go there again.
Karoo Kaya is a gem in Prince Albert. A perfect place to stay with lovely accommodation. Real coffee, rusks and fresh milk in the fridge. We where warmly welcomed by Megan and will definitely go back there. I must also thank the website for their assistance and updates concerning the booking. You guys are tops!
Would like to sleep there again.
An unforgettable two-night stay and special mention goes to hosts Megan and Pete for their wonderful hospitality at their very homely and unique establishment.
Room was delightfully decorated with recycled items. In summer air conditioning would be great. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. All in all a wonderful stay.
Silver clean and luxurious. Restful.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Friendly reception. Exceeded all of our expectations. Can't wait for our next visit.
Nice and quiet place, comfortable. Restaurants and bar are very close.
Megan and Pete are excellent hosts.
Karoo Khaya is more than just a place to sleep for the night. The owners were very friendly and helpful and made a lot of effort to make our stay wonderful. Extra effort with interesting facts about the town and its history as well as some of their own products to taste in the rooms. Neat and calm. Will go there again anytime and spend the night.
We would recommend Karoo Khaya anytime. It's a unique place in the heart of the Karoo.
Unique experience. Farm atmosphere within a small village that has enough to keep one entertained.
Awesome place. Clean and friendly people.
Beautiful place in the most beautiful village. Super clean and with everything you need. Owners go out of their way to ensure comfort and good service. Can recommend it with confidence!
Very good value for money. Very friendly and helpful hostess. Even booked us for dinner at a restaurant she likes and it was! Also good advice on places to visit.
We had lovely clean rooms with beautiful decor, very secure and safe. Megan was lovely. Had refreshments ready for us after a long hot bike ride, and thanks for the warning about the mozies and supplying the peaceful sleep creams and sprays.
Can be recommended to any person traveling through town. Accommodation offers comfort and the most striking thing is the hospitality. Absolutely a beautiful place.
Very kindly received by Megan and her family. Comfortable and stylish accommodation.
Our stay at Karoo Khaya was very pleasant. The "splash pool"' was an experience. Definitely recommend.
I would appreciate a coffee plunger in the room, only criticism.
Lovely decor, neat tidy rooms, lovely fresh farm milk, cute garden and very pet friendly.
Friendly and helpful reception. Everything you need, nice shower and bed. Will stay there again.
The swimming pool is a joke.
We were very surprised to find such a cute place. It was just a pity we only spent one night there. The quiet "farm" atmosphere was refreshing and the rooms very well furnished. Would definitely recommend Karoo Khaya.
Cute place, gorgeous spacious setting. Creative and everything you really need. Enjoyed our stay there.
Great atmosphere and owners! Have a nice barbecue and visit. Prince Albert is a great place to visit!
It was delicious and we would definitely recommend it. The cottages are comfortable, beautiful and have everything you need. Megan is a wonderful hostess and they put a lot of effort into their accommodation. Will definitely visit again and spend more time in Prince Albert.
It's amazing to stay in a place where you can see the owners care about it and are so passionate about what they have to offer. The hospitality was awesome, the accommodation is stunning.
LekkeSlaap's service was friendly and professional. They phoned us a couple times to give advice when there was a payment problem. The Karoo Khaya we can wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. The hosts are friendly and kind. The Khayas have an old-world atmosphere and are beautiful and well equipped to the finest detail - there is even mosquito repellent! There is accommodation for every type of traveller from a single person to a family. Everything around Karoo Khaya was a lovely experience and we will make use of this facility again.
Very nice, relaxing, green, clean, stunning units with garden. Our child really enjoyed feeding the animals and the host was very friendly. Wonderful experience.
We can highly recommend Karoo Khaya. Wonderful people who don't mind going the extra mile for a person! We will definitely stay there again.
The rooms were beautiful and very clean and fully equipped. Friendly reception and we felt at home. Will definitely go there again and recommend it highly. Wonderful time there.
Very friendly hostess. If clean and tidy. We traveled with our Husky and Karoo Khaya was more than accommodating and welcomed her with open arms as well. Animal lovers. The cutest vegetable garden you can help yourself from. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely press their button again if we stay in Prince Albert again. One feels at home and comfortable there.
Loved the decor, the quiet setting with loads of birds singing, the gardens and the lovely vegetable garden and of course the hosts. Wished we had stayed longer. The units are very nicely fitted. Stunning hand made rustic furniture and lamps.
More than adequate accommodation. Very hospitable reception. The extras that are put out to welcome you, like milk in the fridge and rusks, are highly appreciated.
See the stars.
Hospitable and very cute place with very nice people and very cute with fruit trees and vegetables.
See grading.
We have stayed in Karoo Khaya before, peaceful and clean. Slightly secluded. Linen was excellent quality. Megan and her husband went out of their way to make us feel welcome, the best was to be able to pick your own veggies!
Thank you very much for a lovely time in Prince Albert. The place is tranquil and close to everything. The Karoo scenery is around you and one experiences nature in the tranquillity. Good value for money. We enjoyed the stay and the town's hospitality and "môre-mark" a lot.
We had a pleasant time there. It's really a strange place with all the rubbish on display. The TV room was barely accessible with steep stairs leading up. The rest was good.
We only stayed for one night on our way to Hermanus, and were pleasantly surprised by how nice, neat and clean everything was. The gardens are lovely and Megan gave us a little tour of the entire property. The "honesty bar" was a nice concept and made us Joburgers realise that there are still honest and good people out there. Megan told us about Prince Albert and what to do in the town and made suggestions about where to eat. Pete took my 2 children through his organic vegetable garden (with massive pumpkins) and they fed the animals - both of them loved it! The small splash pool was lovely in the heat of the Karoo. We really enjoyed the afternoon and night there, and even though we had a small accident, Megan still went out of her way to be hospitable and make our stay as nice as possible. We already suggested Karoo Khaya to friends and will remember to do it again. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else when we stay in Prince Albert again. Thank you Megan and Pete, it was fantastic!
We will definitely use Karoo Khaya again if we ever need an overnight stay in Prince Albert. We had our 5 year old grandchild with us and with the animals and space there, we were never uneasy about him. Thank you very much for your hospitality - we'll definitely see you again!
Karoo Khaya is highly recommended. Great accommodation.
Super value for money. Friendly, warm welcome. We had a great time. The place is very neat, clean and cozy. I would recommend this place to anyone. Will go back there any time.
Dog was very happy. Decor is fantastic and attention to detail great. Bedding was good and comfy. Heating great. The veggie garden is wonderful and we could help ourselves. The owners were attentive and welcoming. Would recommend this place to everyone.
Very pretty, neat place. Highly recommended. An excellent choice.
We just used it as an overnight spot but we would have loved to stay longer.
Megan welcomed us warmly and is a pleasant person and fun to talk to. It's a beautiful environment and accommodation. Would recommend it.
Second time we stay at Karoo Khaya, and certainly not the last time.
Very friendly welcome and equipped with tips. Beautiful place.
Megan is a friendly and helpful hostess. The rooms are clean, tidy and tastefully "rustic" furnished. Can confidently recommend Karoo Khaya.
An unforgettable evening filled with lovely people.
Karoo Khaya has a unique character of its own. What is especially noted (and appreciated) is the cup of milk, cleaned home and friendly staff that is provided each day.
Would have like to stay longer! Could unfortunately not enjoy all the facilities. Lovely and very interesting garden. Friendly hostess.
We were received in a friendly manner and informed of everything. Room was clean and neat and well equipped. Megan went out of her way to make us feel at home. The animals' feed and the whole environment contributed to the lovely time there and created a calm atmosphere. Will definitely return to Karoo Khaya.
We had a great time on the smallholding. A lot of effort was put into artistic decorations. The owners go out of their way to make you feel at home and we were even encouraged to walk around and pick fruit and vegetables.
Arrangements not made properly, poor supervision, furniture and fixtures not in great condition.
Our family really enjoyed this stay. The owners go out of their way to help. There is an organic vegetable garden and fruit orchard from which we could pick vegetables and fruits. The children also enjoyed feeding the farm animals. The unit has everything you need and mosquito repellant is provided. The decor is something different with a real farm feel. It is ideal for a family to stay for a day or two.
The place offers old fashioned charm with modern convenience!
Karoo Khaya is one of the best facilities we've been to on our recent tour of Route 62. We could not have asked for better. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, everything in working order and a friendly hostess.
The rooms were beautifully decorated complete with interesting unusual reading matter, the host most welcoming and informative. We could not have chosen a better place to stay.
Very nice place to stay, with its own fresh vegetable garden. Quiet and safe for children. Outstanding!
Beautiful surroundings, beautiful and characterful rooms. We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were hospitable and made us feel at home. Will definitely use Karoo Kaya again.
The accommodation and friendliness were excellent, might consider air conditioning in the rooms.
It was our first visit to Prince Albert and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's an incredibly beautiful town with so much friendliness that greets you when you drive in. The beautiful Swartberg Pass left a big impression on us and we will definitely visit again. We even grilled karoo meat and just relaxed.
Was kept informed of our stay all the time. Very welcome. Accommodation was very neat. Will stay again at Karoo Khaya.
Very nice stay in beautiful rooms!
Very accommodating hosts. We were well informed by Megan regarding events in Prince Albert. The accommodation is well equipped if someone wants to cook and there is also a braai area. very neat and well-kept garden, also vegetable garden and farm animals. Bath and shower work! Staff is very friendly.
Very well equipped accommodation with friendly reception. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with interesting decoration. Very good value for money.
See the stars.
Really enjoyed our stay in Karoo Khaya.
Very convenient with an on-site consulting room. Also needed a doctor urgently.
A neat, cozy and creative house!
Very comfortable, homely accommodation. Friendly reception and welcoming from the owners. Wish we had the time to spend an extra night.
We were received very hospitable and helpful by our hostess Megan. She directed us to some restaurants for dinner and set us up for breakfast the next morning. Our room was spacious and tidy with coffee, tea and biscuits for arrival and the next morning. After a good night's rest, a delicious breakfast and chatting with Megan and other guests, we could continue our journey, rested.
We stayed there during March 2015. The place is very peaceful and definitely worth it.
We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation. Spacious and with the necessary. It was very hot and it would have been more acceptable if there was air conditioning. Only problem was the bathroom, the bathtub was not very clean.
Looked fine, but wasn't clean. Has smoke too musty.

We had a lovely stay after a long drive. There are lawns, a swimming pool and outdoor seating for children who have been in the car for a long time. The unit is beautifully decorated, spacious and has everything you could possibly need. The hostess, Megan, is very friendly, and made a good recommendation to a restaurant that is also child-friendly, and made delicious food. It is within walking distance for a lovely stroll through town.
We were welcomed at the gate. Very nice and homely.
Had a great time. Friendly service. Very nice garden. Had full access to als. It was definitely something I will do again soon. Fantastic. Many thanks to LekkeSlaap. Thank you for the help with the online payment as well as friendly service. Appreciate it and will be happy to book my next holiday through LekkeSlaap.
The house has everything you need and is very cozy and well laid out.
The hostess is very friendly and spontaneous. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Prince Albert. It is very clean, tidy and peaceful.
Everything was excellently organized and we all enjoyed it very much. Everyone was friendly and tried their best to make it pleasant for us. Thank you.
After a friendly welcome - a lovely stay with everything you need.
Beautiful and well maintained units.
Very nice stay and visit in Prince Albert. Walking distance from town.
Wonderfully peaceful and quiet.
Very peaceful stay with everything you need. Friendly reception that made us feel very much at home. Incredibly interesting decorations!
See the stars below.
We couldn't sleep because it was just too hot.
Cooling will need to be looked into in the unit we used.
I had a great time staying at Karoo Khaya. It is peaceful and beautiful and the "self catering bungalow" is very neat.
Karoo Khaya is a beautiful place to stay. The owners are very friendly and helpful.
Will definitely stay at Karoo Khaya when passing through Prince Albert again.
Basic necessities such as soaps, garbage cans, mats in the room and dish towels are in short supply. Had a great stay in a peaceful atmosphere.
See the stars below.
Good hospitality, but no air conditioning. Lots of mosquitos, but hostess provides mosquito stuff and there is a mosquito net over the bed. Shaded parking is limited. Otherwise a very pleasant place to relax in, nicely furnished (little hanging space for clothes if you stay longer than two days). Within walking distance of the town center and lots of good information available. The biscuit container is replenished every day with delicious biscuits!
The accommodation and surroundings are out of the books.
The lack of an air conditioner in today's times is inexcusable, especially at the price we had to pay per night. There were a lot of mosquitoes, and a mosquito net and a fan just aren't good enough. It was sweltering hot on Prince Albert, so the choice for us was between suffocating or being eaten by mosquitoes. We are full of buds away from there. There was also a strong sewage smell in the room, which later turned out to be the sink drain pipe being incorrectly connected and therefore releasing sewage fumes. This was reported to the manager the next day.
A peaceful place to call home! Improvements could be made: mosquito netting in front of the windows, and a proper dishwashing area. Other than that, we had a great stay!
Karoo Khaya is truly an excellent guest house. Everything was great! We loved it!
Megan's guest house is really fantastic, she is so helpful and everything was so nice and clean. We couldn't have asked for anything more, can't wait to go again! Well done, Megan!
A lovely, relaxed atmosphere and wonderful hospitality.
Enjoy Karoo hospitality at its best.
Be welcomed at Dr Reinders and his lovely wife Megan's guesthouse. A green garden full of veggies for the picking, friendly animals abound, beautiful handmade objects in every room, a lekker fireplace on your stoep, tall trees, fat sheep and friendly fuzzy angoras (?) to feed, white feathered little chickens and a cheerful yappy dog called Ogre. What a feast.
My husband and I both enjoyed our stay with Megan and Peter. The accommodation offers a friendly, comfortable, and safe environment. We enjoyed Megan's hospitality and warmness during our stay. Megan's smoked olives are the best. Would certainly recommend Karoo Kaya to family and friends.
Had a great time Will stay there again if we are in the area.
Karoo Khaya was a great place to relax for a few days. The facilities were good and the most practical mosquito net bed! Thanks also for all the anti-mozzie spray and fan, because there were quite a few mosquitoes.
KK is a very nice place.....original decor and a very nice atmosphere and everything you need. We were the only guests so had the whole place to ourselves which was a bonus. Megan is a good hostess in that she conveyed enough information without overdoing it. The availability of the fantastic vegetable garden where you can help yourself was a very nice surprise, especially for a bunch of vegetarians!
Very neat and clean. Well located and very quiet as it is not on the main street. Just gets really hot in December, but has a nice little pool to cool off in. Licks slept in a farm atmosphere.
A quiet place to stay with clean rooms.
Great accommodation, but the few hygiene things that bother need attention.
The marketing presentation of Karoo Khaya is confusing in that it is advertised as Bed and Breakfast. On our arrival it was an unpleasant surprise to learn that our breakfast the next morning would be on an additional bill! So our assumption that the advertised price would include breakfast was incorrect. We feel there should be greater clarity in this regard to prevent any further misunderstanding.
KK is located somewhat outside the center of Prince Albert, but the center is easily accessible on foot. The garden is well maintained. It is a pity that the owners have not made a choice between a B&B or a SC. Breakfast is not included in the overnight stay. So the second B of B&B does not work. On the other hand, it is also not possible to cater yourself: sink, kitchen utensils and dining table are missing.
I was of the opinion that breakfast was available at extra charge, but was informed that I would have to use breakfast elsewhere. There is coffee, tea and biscuits, but no milk. A small amount of milk or even coffee creamer would be greatly appreciated, especially for persons staying only one night.
Very well-equipped.
