Accommodation at Karoo Pred-A-Tours comprises 1 Rondavel comprised of 3 units each with their own bathroom, 2 Bush Cottages, and 1 open-plan Lodge Room with an adjoining room.

The thatched Rondavel can accommodate 7 people in 3 en-suite bedrooms. The Rondavel is ideal for guests who want meals catered for and this unit does not have self-catering facilities in the unit. Each Bush Cottage consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds in the lounge. Each unit features an en-suite bathroom. The Bush Cottages have an outside braai area and a gas kettle braai facility, which can be moved under a verandah if it rains. The Lodge Rooms consist of open-plan living and are furnished with either 3 single beds or one double bed with an en-suite bathroom. The single lodge room, located next to the open-plan lodge room, had one single bed but no self-catering facilities. These rooms are located next to each other, and one of these rooms has basic self-catering facilities, while the other room does not have any.

The communal swimming pool is situated next to the Rondavel complex. The bonfire area is situated near the old pear trees, where guests will be able to experience frequent game viewing.
