Neat cool rooms and good facilities in the December heat.
Very neat, clean unit, comfortably furnished! Everything you need and more! And at a good price too! Owner (Dirk) is very hospitable and friendly! Would definitely recommend to anyone! Enjoy the Karoo hospitality!

It was peaceful and quiet.
We stayed in 9 different places during our tour and Karoohuis was definitely one of our favourites. Dirk's customer service is outstanding. The accommodation unit is very spacious and the decor is fantastic. No effort has been spared around attention to detail. Truly an exquisite fund in the middle of the Karoo.
The friendly owner received us warmly and made sure we were comfortable. The unit is equipped with all the amenities one needs. The warm blanket was a winner. Thank you Dirk, we will use your guest house again.

Karoo House is a spacious, neat guest house with all the necessary amenities for your self-catering home away from home. It is centrally located, almost all businesses are within walking distance. Definitely value for your money. The host is very friendly and immediately made me feel at home.

Through a need for overnight accommodation on my way to Pilanesberg from Cape Town, I discovered a gem of a place - both Karoohuis itself (you'll not find a place to stay with a shorter distance between car boot and bed!) and Fraserburg as a whole.
