Lekke stayed. Customer service was generally great. We only had a small problem with an overcharge on the breakfast bill on the morning of our departure - with the menu not being clear, and from the waiters who were in training, it was completely understandable. However, Phillip quickly corrected this and stated that they are in the process of revising the menu.
The power was off for a long time due to heavy weather There was also a water shortage. With the generator on there was no hot water. The bar where dinner is served doesn't have enough tables, so you sit outside where the mosquitoes eat you. Maintenance is especially lacking on the grass roofs. Empty beer cans lie around the pool. The museum I wanted to visit was then. The breakfast was great!

7. The Hotel guest is responsible for all damages caused by their visitor(s).
8. Guests are obligated to pay for any damage they cause. If they are unable to prove that they are not responsible for
this damage.
9. Room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, bathrobes, hot water bottles, LED lights, etc.) are intended for your use during
your stay at the hotel and you are kindly requested not to take them home.
10. Any damage or loss (items removed from room) of inventory will be charged to the bank card provide for surety at check
in without notification.
11. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

20. Please refrain from creating excessive noise (music/voices/engines or otherwise) - any time during the day.
21. From 10pm (22:00) to 8 am (8:00) is the period of night rest, so don’t disturb another Hotel guest. We ask each
guest to adhere to this House Rule to avoid disrupting other guests staying in the Hotel.
22. The Hotel guest is liable for all costs incurred if lock changes or key replacements are necessary due to negligence.
23. The Hotel guest is not permitted to tamper/change the locks without prior permission.
24. The Hotel guest is not allowed to distribute copies of the keys.
25. The Hotel is not responsible for the loss or leaving behind your valuables, money, jewelry and documents in the
rooms or other place in the Hotel. Any items found will be kept for a period of 3 months and then it will be donated to a
charity of our choice.
26. The management respectfully requests you not to leave your money or valuables unattended. Safety deposits
facilities are available either in your room or on request at the reception desk. We strongly recommend that you
avail yourself of this Facility.
27. No weapons / Firearms are allowed on our property and must be declared at our Main Gate and at the Reception Desk and
handed in for safekeeping in our Reception Safe.
27. Vehicles and their contents are left at the owner’s/guest’s own risk.
28. Check out is at 10:00.
29. Occupying the room after 10:00 will be at an additional accommodation charge unless there is a prior arrangement.
30. Late Check Out is subjected to availability and the fee is a minimum of R600.00 until 20:00.
31. If guests want to extend their stay they have to pay in advance. The rate might not be the same as when they booked.

4. Hotel Management will recover any damage or loss of inventory form the surety provided without writing notice, from the

1. Early Check in from 10:00 is subjected to availability and the minimum holding fee is R600.00 per room.
2. Day use of rooms are subjected to availability and are set at normal Room Only rates per room.
3. Day use of rooms are available from 10:00 to 20:00.
4. No Smoking in the rooms, smoking in the room will lead to a minimum of one night accommodation charge.
5. Overnight visits are not allowed, please use our Guest Lounges in Reception or our Restaurants for chatting with your
outside guests.
6. Visitor(s) must adhere to all the same rules that apply to the Hotel guest.
7. The Hotel guest is responsible for all damages caused by their visitor(s).
8. Guests are obligated to pay for any damage they cause. If they are unable to prove that they are not responsible for
this damage.
9. Room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, bathrobes, hot water bottles, LED lights, etc.) are intended for your use during
your stay at the hotel and you are kindly requested not to take them home.
10. Any damage or loss (items removed from room) of inventory will be charged to the bank card provide for surety at check
in without notification.
11. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
12. Children 0 to 17 years (maximum 1 per room) will be accommodated free of charge in the room that is shared with two
paying adults but will be charged for meals and any beverages.
13. Children occupying their own room will be charged the full adult rate.
14. Children aged 12 years and older will pay the full adult meal rate.
15. Adult Extra bed (maximum 1 per room) will be charged a single rate (Bed & Breakfast) per person.
16. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the Gym.
17. Pool & Gym Area is open from 6:00 until 18:00. (Pool closed during winter months, yet guest is still welcome to use it at
own risk).
18. Please make use of the pool towels provided at the pool area.
19. No illegal substances of any kind are allowed on the premises.
20. Please refrain from creating excessive noise (music/voices/engines or otherwise) - any time during the day.
21. From 10pm (22:00) to 8 am (8:00) is the period of night rest, so don’t disturb another Hotel guest. We ask each
guest to adhere to this House Rule to avoid disrupting other guests staying in the Hotel.
22. The Hotel guest is liable for all costs incurred if lock changes or key replacements are necessary due to negligence.
23. The Hotel guest is not permitted to tamper/change the locks without prior permission.
24. The Hotel guest is not allowed to distribute copies of the keys.
25. The Hotel is not responsible for the loss or leaving behind your valuables, money, jewelry and documents in the
rooms or other place in the Hotel. Any items found will be kept for a period of 3 months and then it will be donated to a
charity of our choice.
26. The management respectfully requests you not to leave your money or valuables unattended. Safety deposits
facilities are available either in your room or on request at the reception desk. We strongly recommend that you
avail yourself of this Facility.
27. No weapons / Firearms are allowed on our property and must be declared at our Main Gate and at the Reception Desk and
handed in for safekeeping in our Reception Safe.
27. Vehicles and their contents are left at the owner’s/guest’s own risk.
28. Check out is at 10:00.
29. Occupying the room after 10:00 will be at an additional accommodation charge unless there is a prior arrangement.
30. Late Check Out is subjected to availability and the fee is a minimum of R600.00 until 20:00.
31. If guests want to extend their stay they have to pay in advance. The rate might not be the same as when they booked.
32. Extension of any stay / reservations is subjected to availability and therefore not guaranteed.
NON-ADHERENCE TO HOUSE RULES
1. Any breach of house rules will result in the guest receiving verbal warning.
2. If the guest’s behavior does not improve with immediate effect after receiving the warning, the Hotel reserves the right
to terminate the accommodation agreement with immediate effect at cost to guest.
3. Hotel Management will terminate the accommodation agreement without a refund.
4. Hotel Management will recover any damage or loss of inventory form the surety provided without writing notice, from the
guest.
