All kinds of shops were very near by, the house was very clean and comfortable, beds slept very well, and the location was good.
We had a great stay close to all the areas we needed to be in a safe area.
Excellent, the only upgrade I can recommend is the erection of a swimming pool.

We had a very comfortable stay. The position was perfect for our needs as it was within walking distance to the Kenilworth mall, Access Park, and the badminton hall. It had everything we needed for our week-long stay. Particularly enjoyed the full DSTV selection for all the sport. The host was very accessible and responded quickly to our queries.
The place was beautiful, clean, safe and homey, my kids loved it and the location is excellent, close to the mall.
It's a very neat unit with friendly reception. The unit is equipped with everything to make your life comfortable.
Very nice place, parking is just a bit tricky! Wi-fi code was never provided to us, it might help if you pass it on somewhere.

Hot and loadshedding.
We traveled by plane and could not take cleaning products, toilet paper and toilet spray with us and were not informed in advance that they would not be provided. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper, one per bathroom. The toilet sprays in both bathrooms were there, but empty. No Handy Andy or any other cleaning agents - just a little dish soap (some of the cheapest on the market). We had to go and buy these articles at the store. It would be appreciated if we were informed about this in advance. The accommodation is expensive and attention can be paid to this aspect.
The bedding was very clearly unwashed and dirty. The bin still had the previous guests' rubbish in it etc. We complained about it. All of a sudden the people then come back to say we broke a window and door lock, which is total nonsense and we have no reason to damage another person's belongings. We also didn't stand around with a pen and paper to write down every crack in the wall. If we had known that the owners were going to react like this and pin their maintenance problems on us, because we are dissatisfied with the condition of our accommodation, we would have definitely stood there and every crack, chip in the wall etc. wrote down. It's completely unacceptable. Regarding the accommodation: extremely unprofessional, dirty and dishonest.
2 hours looking for the place, no name or number on house, just a number on a bin standing in the dark and Kenilworth Down is not available on Maps. Eventually either the owner or the agent got hold of it, then sent me the wrong pin, agent or owner's cell number, another hour and we got the correct pin drop. Had tremendous trouble getting hold of the key, had to work through the bars of the sliding gate to access the lock installed on the wall. And it's dark, can't see the lock's numbers and if you struggle to touch the remote, your arm is off. While you are standing in the street because there is no place in front of the gate to park. The space between gate and road very small. I felt insecure the whole time and looked around, You are a "sitting duck" in the road and I struggle in the dark to get the lock open. Very dangerous setup. And when we finally got into the house, there was only cold water, so the next morning we got on the plane without bathing, me, my wife and two children. And it was extremely cold in the Cape at the weekend. I would not recommend the place at all to the reasonable man with chest. The place is also expensive.
