It's a very nice house, but not very clean, every thing was dusty and spider webs everywhere, we had sinus problems through out the weekend and we had to clean cutlery, glasses, plates and pots ourselves, that we wanted to use, even the outside was dirty and we had to clean there also before we could sit down.
We have stayed at this accommodation a few times since 2021. Unfortunately, this time around we could notice the lack of maintenance to the home, which impacted the cleanliness and comfort we once experienced. For example, the bedding had old stains on it and the one bathroom was riddled with mould, which was crumbling from the tile grouting.
For a rest period it was delicious. The house has all the amenities you need and more. Would definitely recommend. Sea walking distance. WiFi not reliable.
The home is large enough for 6 guests in 3 rooms, well equipped for entertaining comfortably. This was our second stay, only criticism was perhaps cleanliness (dust from the thatch roof) and that the home should be "aired" before guests arrive.
Perfect holiday home to enjoy with family near the sea. Would definitely recommend it. House is nice and big and spacious and perfect if you have a dog, because back garden is closed.
The accommodation was excellent and our dog children were also welcome which was a big plus for us.

1 remote not enough for friends who want to leave complex at different times. 2nd remote would be fine.
Great quality bedding as well as kitchen utensils and cutlery. Extra blanket in closet smelled a little musty, but nothing that nice sunlight couldn't fix. The braai's fireplace may need attention, it smokes very badly. The smoke blows back into the braai area.
There was everything we needed, house is well equipped and tidy, especially the braai area, nice place to hang out. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Had a wonderful visit and stay. Good quality bedding as well as kitchen utensils and cutlery. There is little maintenance needed such as the door handle and the braai's fireplace, it smokes a lot. The smoke blows back into the braai area and into the house if the door is open.
I definitely recommend anyone to visit. Host is great and the owner is so friendly. Just loved it.
It lacks some maintenance such as blocked drain, door handle and such. Otherwise there is everything one needs. The fireplace helps a lot against the cold.

The place was dirty, smelly and infested with birds.
Location is close to walking beach for dogs and swimming beach for children. The best thing is that the pool is opposite the house so children can swim, play cricket in the street etc. Only thing, I would say pool is a big draw and it was a problem as it is not very clean and maybe something complex needs to look at - it's not something that Kersbospark 14 was in charge of. Home is safe, perfect for my dog kids too, so it was fantastic to have that peace of mind. Fully equipped with extra blankets. Will go again for sure.
There was a sound on the roof that sounded like a fan. The walls in the rooms were wet as if there was steam in the rooms.
A smeg kettle welcomes you warmly. Followed by a dishwasher, washing machine and wine cooler. Big is your smile. Luxury, you think. Until you try to start a fire and realize the rooster, in his absence, blows all the smoke into the house. When you rush to the bathroom to wash your red-eyed teary cheeks and open a window or two to get rid of the black cloud in the house, you realize that the toilet as well as the bathroom windows are boarded up with the real barbecue. If you like to cook, the house is for you. If you like to grill, you should fan instead.
We were 6 friends who decided to leave for the weekend. The website is easy to use and the feedback and professionalism of the staff is astronomically good. We paid and they were in contact with us all the time. Very friendly owner of the house. The house was beautifully clean, neat and everything was very nice. Our 6 had a great time this weekend. Would really recommend it to anyone. We 6 said we will definitely make use of the website and Kersbospark 14 again!
I haven't stayed in such a well equipped house in a long time. Everything was just the best quality. When we had a problem, the owner attended to it immediately. The house is very safe and a short walk to the beach. Will definitely stay here again. We had a great time here. 10/10
