House rules
There are 3 LED lights with chargers inside them, available for use in case of a power outage during loadshedding.The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the cupboard next to the linen cupboard in the entrance hall. Both machines have sensitive door sensors, so ensure the doors are closed properly for the machines to operate.
Access to the beach is via a path approximately 50 m from the main complex, with visible signage. Exit the gate and turn right, then the entrance to the pathway and signage will be on the left.
Parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis, so guests may park anywhere.
To switch on the TV, use the DStv remote by pressing the top left TV button. A small remote operates the black Mediabox hub, allowing access to standard smart TV apps such as Netflix. Note that this connection is via the HDMI 2 port (use the source button on the Samsung remote to access it). Please note that DStv is not currently activated, but DStv Stream is available for streaming.
To operate the gas stove, ensure that the gas bottle valve is open in the right-hand cupboard next to the stove.
