1 guests' feedbackWe had a lovely stay. The parking was an inconvenience because we needed to ask where we had to park every night, after other guest said the parking given to us was actually theirs. The street where the apartment is has quite a lot of pedestrians during the night. There was also a case where people fought, so you might wake up a lot during the night. The apartment itself feels safe and the security checked in every night to see if we're okay. The apartment is centrally located. We'll stay there again because of the facilities of the apartment. Please note that there's no Wi-Fi, even though it's listed on 417 Key West's advertisement.

House rules
A standard key and breakage deposit is due before or at check-in. The holding amount depends on the length of stay and the standard of the apartment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.The holding deposit is completed through a secure link with a credit card. This is merely a hold on the amount and released within 14 days after checkout if no claims were reported. If no credit card is available for the holding deposit, the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank and reflect in our account before arrival. We will then request a bank confirmation letter to process the refund back to the guest's account.
If none of the two options above was actioned a refundable cash/debit card payment must be made before check-in can be completed and there would be a min fee of R150 applicable for the processing of the refund back to your account. No cash refunds will be allowed.
No keys will be handed over without the above.
