The house was ideal for what we needed. For a beach holiday, it would be a bit far from the sea.
I enjoyed it very much. All the owner can do is get a black pot foot in the house and WiFi. That's all, but everything else was okay.

Dit was my derde besoek aan Langebaan en met elke besoek is dit meer lekker. Awesome place and also the food.
I will suggest to add Wi-Fi and washing machine for the price.
Deficiency: Some of the curtains are broken. The lamps are either broken or clumsy. We fixed it. A hairdryer would be welcome. The freezer stank, maybe someone had red bait in it and didn't clean the fridge properly. A new mop would also be an asset. Overall we had a very nice stay. Thank you.
We had a horrible, unpleasant weekend. Couldn't enjoy it at all, then a call is made. They took my entire deposit of R1000 for dirty sofas. Will never go there again.
The welcoming was nice and warm. See you guys soon in the new year.
You can chat together at the dining area and look out to the sea on the balcony, you can play table tennis.

Please sit down wood in braai place or provide information where we can get it. Information provided is a bit confusing. We had to provide information more than once, when it was already emailed.

Could spend time to rest. We went for outings and nice late nights out.
Immediately you step into the door and look into the main bedroom you know you are going to leave your heart here. You see a welcoming smile from someone who isn't there. The whole family is accommodated here. Whether it's watching TV, playing darts, reading, playing table tennis, playing board games or reading, its all there.
Definitive recommendation veilg, quiet close to everything e.g. Mykonos, the sea, shops etc.
We enjoyed Kian's Place. When entering you're greeted with neat bedrooms and sparkling bathroom(s) (ground floor) with a nice little treat on each bed to make feel extra special. The living room upstairs is fully furnished with a small entertainment space like Ping Pong and Dart board. There's plenty of parking space on the premises. This place is literally your home away from home, great views of Saldanha harbour and you can see a bit of the Lagoon from the balcony. It's relatively safe. We didn't worry once about anything, the neighbours were helpful when we needed help and its also great place to jog in the morning. Wil go there again.
Friendly reception and help after I called and was informed by phone that the key had to be collected from the office. Nice view. Lots of cobwebs in building.

Pets are prohibited in the Holiday Home, except by special arrangement for guide dogs for the visually handicapped.
Items are not to be removed from the house. Towels provided are not to be used on the beach. Guests need to provide their own beach towels.
The key- and breakage deposit is normally refunded within 10 business days after departure.
The following are not allowed at the property;
Any commercial activity, team building, party or disco, 21st birthday party,
Matric gatherings (even after their final exams),
Bachelor parties and hen parties, and
No under 21-year-olds will be accommodated at the property without adult supervision.
