4 guests' feedbackDirty showers and generally not clean. As for security, a group of people came to hang out on our lawn and play loud music and leave all their trash and bottles right there. If it wasn't for the nice sunroom, we would have driven back home within the first 2 days. The South Coast in general is just dirty. Beaches and the sea water made us incredibly sick.
Home is sufficient. Place for 9 guests. Linen clean and tidy. House needs a bit of renovation but for a getaway and for the price perfectly ok. Just make sure alarm is always on.
Kimachi needs a lot of work and the water was off for 6 days. But otherwise it was very nice.
Was very happy with the house. Enough room for my children and grandchildren. Just a pity that there was no cold water in the kitchen. Faucet not working. Other than that, the place was perfect for what we needed.

In certain cases when a deposit was paid and the client wants to cancel there will be a non-refundable cancellation fee of R500 will be levied on all cancellations. This R500 is over and above the percentage already stated as the cancellation fee.

More than 2 weeks before check-in, 25% deposit refunded.
Less than 2 weeks before check-in, 0% deposit refunded.

In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R850 admin fee per booking.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the establishment.Check-in/check-out details
House rules
- Please note that the admin fee is included in the quote.- The refundable breakage deposit fee is payable 2 weeks before arrival and is not included in the rate.
- The reservation agreement that will be sent to the client after the deposit was paid must be filled in and sent back before arrival. No keys will be released without the necessary documentation returned to the host.
- The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after departure, less any deductions for breakages.
- Should the property be damaged either wilfully or not, by negligence or not, by yourself or any other, you agree to pay for the said damages if it exceeds the amount held via the breakage deposit.
- Should you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is upon you to inform the host immediately.
- The breakage deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by yourself.
- Please remember to email the host your account details.
- Please ensure that the outstanding balance reflects in the host's bank account 7 days prior to arrival.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.
- No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats or houses. Should you smoke in the house you will lose your breakage deposit in full.
- If a cleaning service is needed it can be arranged prior to arrival, at an additional cost.
- Cleaning services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
- We cannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience to tenants caused by an act beyond our control. In the event of any appliance being out of order we cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof.
Don’t forget to bring the following:
- Towels for swimming and bathing.
- DStv decoder with the remote and card.
- Your own cleaning chemicals and toilet paper for your stay.
