Kingfisher Creek Cottage

The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms with their own private bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and is open-plan to the lounge area. A thatched roof provides shade from the heat and ensures outdoor dining is available throughout the year.
The private boma comes complete with a picnic bench, built-in braai, a firepit and built-in seating. The braai area looks out onto the bush where giraffe, zebra, antelope and the occasional buffalo can be seen grazing.
Sit in your private boma which overlooks the animals making their way to the water trough for an afternoon drink. As the sun sets over the reserve, have a gin & tonic and listen to the sounds of the bush. On occasion, the lions on the neighbouring Thornybush can be heard calling.

13 guests' feedbackThis was the best safari experience, we all (family) had a great time. Living safely within the wild was worth each and every moment. The team at the resort also assisted to elevate the joy of being at this marvellous place.
We had a wonderful stay, rested and enjoyed every moment.
Excellent location in a private reserve. Security is top-notch and felt at home at Kingfisher Creek Cottage. Annie assisted with arranging a night game drive. Our guide Joe knows the area very well and went out of his way to find the game. Friendly, well-behaved dogs. Thank you for an excellent stay. Will definitely return when back in the area.
Awesome, the host was such a good hostess. We definitely recommend this cottage and will visit it again.
This place is so good I'm tempted to keep it a secret, if only that wouldn't be unfair to the hosts. The hosts are consummate, and the cottage is a great secluded spot for a private getaway. There are many much more expensive bush destinations, but none better than Kingfisher Creek.
Friendly reception by hostess. Very nice unit - neat, comfortable with everything you need. The outside braai area is a winner, really enjoyed braaiing there and relaxing in nature. Would definitely recommend it.
What a wonderful experience! Annie was amazing with everything! Will view anytime!
The cottage was clean and cosy. Loved the boma. Annie was the perfect host.
See stars.
From my first interaction with Annie, she was amazing. Answered all my questions, shared extra information and booked all our day trips. The cottage was clean and cosy. We wanted for nothing. Will definitely visit again.
On the top of my list of best accommodation ever! Annie and John are jewels. Thank you for everything. Make Kingfisher Creek Cottage your next holiday destination!
Kingfisher Creek was great. We wanted for nothing. Loved the bona. Annie the perfect hostess.
From the moment we made the booking I knew we would have a wonderful time. Anne was available to assist me with all my enquiries and gave us lots of ideas for things to do in the area. The accommodation was beyond excellent and we were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived at the reserve.
