7 guests' feedbackThey have to exchange their mattresses for new ones. And also, what is very important, is also to purchase a generator. Our bathroom's hand sink did not have cold water. I hope things will be better when I go there again. The pictures they show us are not the same there when we arrive. Kingfisher Hollow needs to pay a lot of attention to that place please. The photo shows pretty flowers and the table nicely covered, but it wasn't like that when we arrived. We also found previous guests' things in the fridge and what really upset me is the braai area by the pool, they will need urgent attention there, it was very untidy there. In the photos they show there is wood, but upon arrival we must have provided our own wood.
We went for the test vs Wales and was lucky enough for all of us to stay at the same premises, facilities were awesome.
The rooms smelled a bit musty on arrival. Better grills could be provided and there were blood spots on our duvets.
The place is rundown and untidy, the house itself has everything you need but is in serious need of repair and fixing. I would not recommend this to anyone.
Very good reception and immediately felt welcome. Would have liked a restaurant on the premises.
Our stay was pleasant. Everything was clean and tidy, water pressure was good and staff were helpful.
Impersonal accommodation. No contact with management or anyone who hears if you need anything. Had to ask for glasses, toilet paper. No room service/cleaning or fresh towels in 4 days. Toilet leaks and smells. Windows may not be opened, some broken, and no aircon. Sliding door in master bedroom cannot open. Terribly hot room. Window frames in living room do not close properly, and rattle in the wind all night. Just fans. No bathroom facility at braai area and pool, only in reception, and it was closed all the time for privacy. Clean bedding. No DStv was a disappointment. Only Indian Satellite TV.
