The kitchen flows into an open-plan living area containing an 8-seater dining room table, beautiful views of the outdoors with ample seating in front of a flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi is also available. The living area leads outside onto a spacious porch, perfect for evening socials as the sun sets.
The property offers 24-hour armed response security with plenty of parking which includes one undercover parking area. Guests can enjoy a splash pool with a braai. Guests can also enjoy walks and various biking trails near the river.

3 guests' feedbackHouse is well located. Expensive for what you get. All the appliances (fridge, freezer, washing machine etc.) are very old. The house is very dirty and looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned in months. The rooms were tidy with clean linen, very spacious rooms and a nice veranda upstairs.
We had a great time, but the place is not very clean. Had to put all the breakware etc. first wash before we could use it.
We spent the weekend in Marlothpark and enjoyed it. The air conditioning in the house and the pool saved us from a 39 degree heat wave for sure. The house is located in a nice place and is away from the dirt road which makes it a little more private. The layout of the house is nice with spacious rooms and a large porch, braai area and as mentioned a nice swimming pool. The rooms were very neat and clean and the beds were of good quality.
