Will stay there again. The water pressure in no 7 was not good at all, but with patience you can take a shower. Aircon wouldn't work either, but a reason to keep window open for fresh air. Walking distance from shops. Quiet and neat.
My husband and I had a great stay at Kings Palace. It is located in the street behind the busy main street, but it is still walking distance from all the restaurants. The hippos grazed in the park directly opposite Kings Palace in the evening which was an added bonus. The unit is nice and clean and quite spacious. The furniture is not brand new, but that didn't really bother us. It was still very comfortable. Security is very good. The car was parked under the apartment in the courtyard during the night behind a security gate. There is also a security gate to the unit. Nix, the owner, went out of her way to send us ideas of events in the area during our stay. She also reserved a place for us in advance at Fannas to make sure that we do get space on the boat for the twilight hippo trip. All the little things make such a big difference.
We had a great stay, everything was neat and clean, everyone was friendly and helped quickly if we needed anything. Very nice central location, just walk to town! Will definitely stay there again!

There is WiFi and basic DSTV channels. Not all units have braai, but there is a nice braai area by the pool. Units have central air conditioning. Cutlery was 2 plates and a bowl and lots of "knit one slip one". We did eat out more and it didn't bother us. Very friendly and helpful and our place was cleaned daily. She also happily accommodated us with an earlier check-in time. We drove around every night at 9pm and saw manatees in town.
Nice stay but please make the light switch in the master bedroom right. The small gate is constantly open - no security.
Stay was good. Had a problem with our first room but was moved to a new room the next day. Great service. But all in all, it was good. Air conditioners were lovely to aid with the heat. Recommendations: Rooms can just get an update as there is visible wear and tear on curtains (holes). Also, some crockery should be added as there is a limited amount. Not enough glasses for 4 people. Also, the cleaning chemicals used are a bit strong and can make some people nauseous.

The place is beautiful, quiet, clean. We had evening swims at the beautiful pool. Some units are totally kid safe with small garden.
Comfortable unit. Can do with more cutlery and plastic plates and bowls for families with young children. Overall we had a great stay.

The accommodation was not too bad at all, only there are no washing facilities and no place to hang wet swimwear. The workers who work there just come in without knocking.
Water pressure and hot water was a big problem. Complexes around us had power during load shedding. If power is off, there is no running water, at least in our unit. In the end we just had to boil the kettle for hot water.
The unit we stayed in smelled bad. We didn't even unpack our clothes in the closet. The water pressure was horrible. You must draw bath water two hours ahead of time. We carried water in buckets from below. I personally will not book there again. TV also did not work in the six days.
Owner really went the extra mile to make arrangements for boat tours, recommend restaurants, point out walking routes on maps. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Kings Palace. Kings Palace is very central in St Lucia, and the cleanliness and prompt service of Kings Palace was excellent! I highly recommend Kings Palace.

We really enjoyed the stay, even though it was just for one night.
Kings Palace is nicely located in St Lucia, close to Spar, but also not on the main road where there is noise all the time. It is clean and tidy, there is cleaning for a person every morning and the service is excellent and without any problems. We look forward to staying there again on our next vacation!
Accommodation was comfortable, clean, central and very safe. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Kings Palace has a quiet and peaceful atmosphere that we would recommend to everyone.

The apartments are located in a beautiful, central location in St. Lucia. Het is one beautiful building. The apartments are old-fashioned, not very modern. When we arrived there was no one. The day before we had received an email that we could pick up the keys at another address. Fortunately, I had gotten these in (we were passing through and hadn't reached everywhere). We picked up the key and were then able to figure out for ourselves how everything worked and where exactly we needed to be. The controller had sent an email that she would come by the next day. We are still waiting for that. After one day we found out that there was air conditioning in the apartment. We still don't know if we could have had wifi, because there was no one to ask for it. There were also no guests so it was wonderfully peaceful. Had a swimming pool and outside was beautiful. The hippos here really walk across the street in the evening. Also at the back of the building. Very entertaining!
We are actually campers, but decided to try self-catering this time. The unit was very neat and clean. And it's highly recommended. However, what bothered me is the security gate which seems to be open during the day. We had to pick up our key after a call from a restaurant. This could be arranged in advance. I'm not picky, but when I camp certain aspects are acceptable and sometimes even better than what we experienced, for example, crockery. At that price, one can probably expect at least four wine glasses without cracks and glasses of the same size. The coffee cups are also odd and full of cracks and crevices! The front door drags and makes unpleasant noises and the latch is broken. Maybe things look different in the other units. With one night's rate of R750 all these issues can be rectified. We do recommend Kings Palace to acquaintances, but we think there could be a little more attention to detail. Try it! It will produce good results.
The place is old and neglected. I will not stay there again.
The apartment was fully equipped and each guest received a fresh towel. The apartment was cleaned every morning and it was quiet and peaceful. The service was excellent and I would definitely recommend Kings Palace to fellow travellers!
We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and appearance of the residential unit, as well as the spacious apartment. It was fully equipped and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already referred friends.
