What a tranquil hidden gem. The interior was out of this world. The pictures don't do justice to the serenity of the place. You are literally sleeping by the river bank. I would advise that the host places a board on the main road by the sign S217. It would make finding the place easier. Otherwise, great stay and beautiful hospitality from housekeeping.

Beautiful pods with everything you need and so much more! The log fire, wood fire hot tub and wood were fantastic, thank you! The plush bath sheets, heating in the bathrooms, and all the various blankets were truly a bonus in the cold! Candles, board games and floor lamps created an incredibly romantic atmosphere! We will definitely visit in the spring/summer too! Maybe just put an umbrella by the jacuzzi.
Relaxing, Loved the sound of the flowing water. . Would have liked to utilise the hot tub though was not comfortable with the cleanliness of it. I was advise borehole water was used to fill it. Initially in the bathroom the hand shower water came out brown but eventually it go clear to use.
Loved it - totally surprised how beautiful the location is.
It was a lovely break. We were private, very comfortable and couldn't take in enough of the beauty around us. The river water ripples so nicely, you feel like you are in a completely different world. We really can't complain about anything and would recommend it to anyone with confidence, and hope to visit again soon!

Spent 4 nights at Kingsbrook Pods with my wife, sister, and brother-in-law. Celebrated his 40th on the side of the river! Fantastic location and pretty much the perfect stay, easy to find and straightforward access. Talitha was always available for any questions we had. Spent quite a bit of time on the river as well, with some fantastic opportunities for Rainbow Trout. Can't wait to come back after this first session to the Ash, we will be back soon. The fireplace really made things special over the cold weather we had. Thank you again to Talitha and her team.

We enjoyed the place very much. It was very neat and comfortable. All the necessary equipment was available and the servants were very helpful. The position is laid in a perfect position and this makes the nature shine through even more beautifully.
This is by far the best accomodation we have ever stayed at in Clarens. Accommodation was perfect, extremely clean and private. Only issue we had were the following: 1. The microwave did not heat up the food. Dont think it works. 2. The stove doesn't heat up well. Doesn't even get hot. 3. The kettle takes forever to boil the water. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.
This place is absolutely spectacular, the views are amazing with fun things to do all around you - such as spending a day in Clarens. The check-in was effortless, the host and staff were very accommodating. With a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere, it's like something out of a storybook and a wonderful break away from the city to enjoy with your loved ones. The hot tub is also delightful, as well as the kitchen being perfectly stocked with cutlery and crockery that makes cooking a breeze. My only criticism is that the bedding was all singles with no option for sharing. I understand this gives more options for the host; however, having another option accessible would be ideal, especially as I was travelling with a partner. Other than that, I could find no other faults with these pods. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning!

Relaxed setting close enough to Clarens and Bethlehem. Nice and quiet. Beautiful with the river and modern furnished.
We had high expectations as the price was on the upper end, but this place exceeded our expectations in all respects. The design was well thought out, the finishes beautiful and the setting spectacular. The hot tub next to the river was a welcome addition in the slightly chilly weather. We could really relax and had total peace and quiet, the occasional white water rafters being the only sign of other humans. The only thing to improve is a bigger and more comfortable couch. Thank you, we wish we could stay longer.
