Stay was very nice and the location is excellent. The host did the check-in with us and took us through everything, which we appreciate a lot. I will definitely go back and recommend the accommodation.
Close to beach, walking paths, shops and restaurants. Lots of fun things to do in Kleinmond and the surrounding area. The perfect hostess made us feel so welcome - thank you very much! We had a lovely break and Klein Uitkyk met all our expectations.
Very comfortable accommodation with a well equipped kitchen. The hostess was wonderful and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. Good location. The nice books in the bookshelf were a bonus.

Let me start by saying that the host is a wonderful and friendly person. As a weekend away destination from the city, we love Kleinmond for its ocean beauty and quietness. Klein Uitkyk is spacious and had everything you would need and expect with a very well-provided kitchen. The accommodation was very well kept and was fresh, new, and bright. Location-wise, although there is no sea view, it literally took less than 3 minutes to get to the lagoon and then onto the beach. Thank you for our lovely stay.

Our stay was very comfortable as we were in town for a house warming. Pity about the weather.
We were 4 adults and a 2 year old. Auntie made us all feel so welcome and at home - clean as if we were at home. The apartment is very well equipped and the location is fantastic. Walking distance from the sea and lake as well as a cute ice cream truck. The harbour, where all the nice restaurants are, is only 6km away. There is a Super-Spar with a pharmacy also very close. Tannie is a wonderful hostess - we will book there again just to be able to visit her as well.

The hostess, Estelle Bruwer, went out of her way to make sure we were happy. The unit is impeccably clean. The content such as in the kitchen and bedding in the rooms are above standard.
Estelle was lovely and very helpful especially since we couldn't use the beach during lockdown. We really enjoyed Kleinmond.

Klein Uitkyk is a place filled with love, there is everything you need and the view is just beautiful. And aunt Estelle, thank you very much, she is amazing.
We had a great time at Klein Uitkyk and we will definitely stay there again when we holiday in Kleinmond. Estelle went to great lengths to make us and our 4 year old comfortable, and the apartment is perfectly located for walking to the beach barefoot - even watching the sunrise and sunset.
Klein Uitkyk is the perfect holiday home in Kleinmond! The small apartment offers everything you need for a nice visit. It is very well appointed and incredibly neat. The three bedrooms each have their own bathroom which was a huge bonus and definitely added to the comfort! The dishwasher made sure everyone was able to rest! The owner was close enough to help when needed.

Will definitely choose Klein Uitkyk again as preferred accommodation.
