7 guests' feedbackVery neat and clean. Unfortunately the staff told us on our return that they would deliver breakfast packs as we wanted to drive early, but it never got to us. So we paid for bed and breakfast, but then did not receive breakfast.
Air-condition didn't work. After complaining nothing happened. Wi-Fi didn't connect in the room that I booked in, "out of range".
Meets all the requirements you expect after a long journey. Can definitely recommend.
This establishment's standard has dropped drastically since our first visit in June 2015. The garden and verandas are unkempt and full of leaves. The sheets in the bedroom where we slept were definitely not fresh or washed. We slept on top of the duvets, because the sheets didn't look or smell fresh. The room was stuffy and smelled bad! The room has no wall plug, bedside lamp or a bench to put a suitcase or overnight bag on, there was no plug for the bathroom sink. The bedding and towels are very old and washed out. There are no extra blankets in the closet. There were only 2 bags of coffee for 4 guests! The restaurant staff shouted at each other from closing time from 10:30 to 11:00. No respect or consideration for sleeping guests. On a 3 week tour of South Africa, Botswana and Namibia this was the worst, worst accommodation. The breakfast was good, the rest needs urgent attention.
I think this is a good place for if you like local culture and like to chat with other travelers. Personally, I will stay in a hotel next time I am on a business trip, but I know my colleague will prefer it here in Klein Windhoek. They are building on site, maybe that's what put me off a bit, but definitely consider staying here. I would still recommend it.
