23 guests' feedbackIt was very peaceful, a nice break from the city life. My wife and I received a surprise from the owner; she went out of her way for us if we needed anything. We really enjoyed it. We just wandered around the grounds just for the sake of scrutinizing. If someone would be interested in getting married, they have a beautiful outdoor chapel and a nice little church on the ground. Would really recommend it to anyone. Thank you very much.
We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in Vergelegen 3 and the unit was very nice. The tented camp accommodation is definitely on our to-do list. Very friendly staff as well. We had a nice chill weekend and it was what we needed. We will definitely go back for another visit.

The lodge is well located in Modimolle. It is very quiet, and you are allowed to walk around the farm. There is WiFi connection.
Friendly, helpful staff and facilities are more than you will need for an overnight or two. Very well priced and the area is absolutely amazing. Worth the 130 km travel time.
The unit definitely needs a microwave oven'. Apparently they get stolen by other guests, but then I'll keep a few in the Main Complex with a hefty deposit, should you steal yours and then not pay them back the deposit. The dinners are very expensive with very little food. If we were to go again, we would not use the service, but rather do self-catering. However, the reason we checked in there was so demanding that we didn't have the energy in the evening to cook ourselves. This is also exactly where a microwave oven would solve a large part of the problem that if you buy food in town, you can heat it in it. Their packs of wood are also prohibitively expensive.
Will definitely vacation there again. Very friendly people. Nothing more needed.
The lodge still needs some work/upgrades that will help put it top of the rankings in the area because of its location and proximity to other sites.
The peace and quiet is what I was looking for and Kleine Kaap was the place that offered it. The outdoor shower was the reason Koraba chose 2. It did not disappoint. I had a great stay - Thank you.
Because the hostess learned that it was my birthday, we were upgraded to a bigger tent - it was a pleasant surprise! It was an adjustment to communicating on WhatsApp if there is a reception - however, it was available all the time and we later found out ourselves that it is better to send WhatsApps if you need or need anything. We really enjoyed it there, but unfortunately couldn't enjoy the evening silence as there was a group of people visiting during the day. Fortunately not until midnight, but to such an extent that it disturbed the tranquility. The accommodation was neat, clean and very nicely laid out. It was just terribly hot, but asked for a fan the second day, which we did get and which helped a lot. It would help if the "self-catering" tents maybe have a gas stove and a pot or pan, otherwise nothing else can be cooked if you don't barbecue. We can see that there is still work and expansion and think that there is still a lot of potential.
Firstly, the layout of the lodge is totally not user-friendly, the parking is a mess, and very unrealistic, secondly, the kitchen is outside. Outside! During the night, wild animals come to the chalet and tears the place apart. They take anything that is not locked away. Furthermore, they have no provisions for loadshedding, if it's loadshedding, you are in total darkness. Then there is the room itself. The sleeping area is not bad, nice bed and ample space to move around, but the aircon hardly works, and the sliding door key was almost completely broken. To sum it up, Kleine Kaap is situated in a nice quiet bushveld setting, but the layout of the chalets is a disgrace, and I would strongly advise anyone who is thinking of staying at Kleine Kaap, not to. I booked 8 nights' stay, but after 3 days, I decided to pack up and leave (having paid for the entire 8 nights), and then they still had the audacity to charge me for the 2 meals I had, I think it's a disgrace.

Very peaceful woodland atmosphere. Ideal for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Ruan and Diha are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a break from society.
A bit far from where I wanted to be, but good people.
If you are a group it will be nice to visit or for couples looking for silence. Solar lighting should definitely be considered, especially in pathways. The outside shower's walls need attention as well as a shelf for toiletries. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
