The living room has a large, flat-screen Smart TV with DStv, unlimited internet access and two heaters. It opens onto a covered balcony which is fitted with comfortable patio furniture, and there is a gas braai available. Gas is provided.
An inverter is available that can run the TV and computers during loadshedding.
Guests are afforded 2 covered parking spaces in the parking garage under the building with 24-hour security and access control.
The unit is near a variety of restaurants as well as a gym.

15 guests' feedbackWe really enjoyed our December holiday and had a great time relaxing on the Tyger Waterfront.
Neat, well appointed and maintained. Has Netflix and DStv and UPS inverter for load shedding.
The flat is very centrally located being close to the N1 and the Durbanville Hills wine district. It also has quite a few good restaurants within walking distance. Tyger Valley Centre is also within walking distance. Even though she was away on holiday herself, Joan was a very helpful and communicative host. The flat is very well equipped. I think my only two negatives don't pertain to the actual property but are more something you should be prepared for: The waterfront is fresh water so plenty of mosquitoes; we couldn't really use the outside space much in the evenings. A few properties on the waterfront have generators and when these kick in at night the water seems to have a bit of an amplifying effect. All in all a very pleasant experience - would use it again.
Modern, clean and apartment is perfectly located. Driving distance from the sea. Wine farms just a stone's throw away. Right in the middle of all the best restaurants. Awesome!
Home away from home, Joan was wonderful and very hospitable, she made our stay very pleasant. She is very organised and professional. Will definitely come back and I will recommend all my friends and family. The view is so refreshing and peaceful. The apartment is very neat and comfortable, it has everything that you may need. Thank you Joan for everything, you are a perfectionist.

Ons is mal oor die verblyf! Dit is baie veilig, skoon en pragtig! Alles in die woonstel is van goeie gehalte en alles wat jy nodig het is daar. Die eienaar was ook die heeltyd in kontak met ons om seker te maak dat ons tevrede is met alles. DStv en WiFi is 'n groot bonus veral as jy 2 kinders het om besig te hou in die aand. Sal definitief die plek aanbeveel. Baie dankie Joan vir jou goeie diens.

House rules
The unit is in a residential building and strict rules are in place ensuring no noise before 06:00 and after 22:00. No parties are allowed and any noise, especially on the balcony area, should be kept to a minimum.No loud music or TV may be heard outside the unit.
No pets are allowed.
Smokers are only allowed to smoke on the balcony. Cigarette butts should be extinguished properly in the provided sandbox on the balcony and not thrown over the rails.
No laundry may be in sight outside the unit. The laundry rack may not be placed outside on the balcony. There is a laundry with dryer facilities opposite the building.
No laundry may be done in the bath or basins. There is a washing machine.
The unit is cleaned before guests enter and again after check out. For bookings longer than 7 days, clean linen and towels will be provided. There is a broom, mop, shovel and other housekeeping facilities available.
No dirty dishes may be left in the kitchen on the check-out date. There is a dishwasher.
No waste may be left outside the unit. There is a garbage room outside the building, just next to the covered parking sliding gate. All garbage must be in bags before being placed in the bin. Garbage bags will be provided.
Children under 12 will only be allowed in the pool area if an adult is present.
